Excellent mais pas jusqu’au bout

L’accueil , la propreté, le parfum, le choix du petit dej, l’emplacement pour se balader, la mer devant, l’accès à la plage depuis la piscine ( que nous avons vue l’avant dernier jour ) …

Le bruit dû à la rue en dessous, les voitures qui klaxonne et qui font gronder leur moteur. J’ai pas aimé l’avant dernier jour un homme de ménage est venu jusqu’à là toujours poli et présent dans les couloirs lorsque nous sortions, il nous a demander de mettre un avis avec sont QrCode, il ne nous a pas laisser jusqu’à la fin,notre avis était bien sûre excellent, avec sont nom dedans ect… Une fois terminé, on ne l’a pas revu dans les couloirs, et notre chambre n’a pas était nettoyé !

Very comfortable and convenient

Lobby is beautiful and the bed was fantastic. Great view over the sea and lovely bath too!

It was expensive but that’s come to be expected of the location, so no problems or surprises there.

Wonderful stay at JBR!

The breakfast buffet was very rich, the staff was very friendly and very fast during the breakfast. The standard room was bigger then expected with a great big shower, and the beds were very comfortable. We could take mats and beach towels for free. Even the day we checked out, we could use every facility of the hotel for the whole day (mats and beach towels, gym, showers at the gym and leaving the luggage at the concierge). Highly recommended!

DUBAI MARINA = SOFITEL!!

Basta dire che sono stato 4 volte a Dubai e ho soggiornato 4 volte qui!! Tutto perfetto, accoglienza, pulizia, ambiente, servizi, camere ampie confortevoli e luminose. Eccezionale anche il Brunch!!!

Unica pecca ma non rilevante che ho notato dai primi soggiorni a questo è la colazione che si è leggermente ridotta rispetto agli anni precedenti ma comunque sempre ottima! Peccato non aver trovato la loro salsa al cioccolato sui churro e pankake

The staff and environment are very helpful and accomodating. I used the spa for a facial and the staff too are very good. Mirette was very helpful when I was checking out

I found the hygiene of the room wasn't up to the stanfard that I would expect for this hotel. They did not replenish thr milk in the room also.

Amazing time in a fascinating City, we will be returning very soon!

The location of this hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance; the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. There was also a nightclub called Blah Bla. The hotel itself is exceptional, unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use all the hotel facilities like the spa and sauna as we were there with family who were staying at different hotels so spent a lot of the time outside. There are also 2 night clubs on the second floor which we did not visit but you would never know as you can't hear any noise. We did spend some time at the pool, the service is first class, the staff find sun loungers for you and are very attentive. The breakfast was very good too, plenty of choice for everyone. But what struck was the service provided by the staff whether it was in reception, by the pool and in particularly during breakfast where there were a large number of people to manage, the service standards were held! I've stayed in places before where the food runs out if you come late or the waiters cannot keep up with orders for tea/coffee and clearing tables. This did not happen here. There is plenty to do in the location whether you are a couple, group of friends, family with young kids. The hotel was minutes walk away from the Dubai Marina and 10-15 mins in the taxi to the Palm. There is also an inflatable fun park in the sea for the kids on the beach. I highly recommend staying here, and oh you can also get beach towels, an umbrella, water bottles and beach mats for the beach which saves you having to pay for a lounger outside.

Worst ever.

Close to beach

Reception officer mercantile attitude and lack of honesty. The most mercantile expeience we have ever. At check-in we tricked to pay an extra 1000 euro. Instead of telling us the extra cost in usd/eur they used aed. At check-out they took my phone and written the booking.com review by themselfs…long live the edit function. Worst experience we had ever.
