Good value & location. So-so facilities.

Excellent location, lovely pool.

Poor upkeep of facilities - doors difficult to impossible to lock, distasteful artwork in bathroom.

VERY disappointed

We are not happy! We arrived for check in and they told us are room wasn’t working… and made us check in at their sister hotel. BUT made us pay the price of the original hotel when the sister hotel was much cheaper. The sister hotel has no pool either and the location was bad.

Very good

Location, good pool, always helpful staff. I have stayed here many times, low maintenance during covid but it is returning to its previous condition. Despite that its a great value for money hotel

Everybody was warm and accommodating. There were lots of smiles ,people we’re always prepared to help and do a little bit extra. I love the pool with the garden and trees almost going right into the pool providing shade. 🥰 lovely 😊

Both doors in the unit squealed, squeaked and scraped along the floor. The door to the apartment and the door to the bathroom. It would be very simple to remove the doors and sand or trim them back a little bit, so they would fit properly and not literally scrape against the ground or floor.

An Unexpected Delight

This hotel was far better than I expected especially after disappointments in that respect at other places I have stayed on this trip. The staff were very helpful. Everything worked as it should and I could easily have stayed longer

good for 2/3 nights when exploring Vientiane.

Good for a couple of nights, it’s clean but basic, central located, has all the (travel) facilities, breakfast and that all for a very good price. But certainly not a romantic place.

no mirror in the bathroom, window in frontdoor so not very dark by night.

the family room is horrible. Very very small (no space between the beds). bad smells. humid. It has no window. It look like a dark prison cell. trust me, you don’t want to sleep there. (the door is transparent , you have the light of the corridor all night long). the staff is no nice and the worst breakfast in Laos so far.

friendly staff, pretty clean, easy check-in and out, booked an airport shuttle for me

There was a large hole in the ceiling of my bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn’t close from the outside. The room door had a half-opaque window that let the hallway light in all night, very bright.

Won’t stay again unless staying in the main hotel building.

Location is perfect

So much worse than our previous stay a week before. The main problem is the rooms in the actual hotel are spacious and luxurious compared to the annex rooms by the swimming pool. Disappointing for the price and the breakfast was poor too.
