Very pleasant hotel with a nice view at the Burj Kalifah

Very nice hotel, beautifully designed and arranged. I like the style of the hotel and the rooms. The bathroom was spacious. The room was quite large with a large comfortable bed and beautiful view at the city and Burj Khalifa. I love that you can watch the view from the bed. The area was fine. Not too lively, since it was still in construction. However, there was nice waypath to go for a walk along the canal, very nice especially in the evening. You can reach the Tolerance Bridge and have a nice view at the city skyline. There are some restaurants in the hotel area, as well as a grocery shop just next street. The taxi stop in front of the hotel was also very convenient. The location was very good, you can easily reach the Dubai Mall, the Jumeirah Beach etc by car. The pool area was very nice. The pool not too big but pretty enough to swim and relax. Except the sun beds, there were plenty place to sit down in the bar area next to the pool. Also the music at the pool was pleasant, quite chill. The staff in the hotel was kind and friendly.

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that you cannot turn off the air conditioning completely. It was not good for my throat.

Busy hotel with good location and disorganised breakfast hall.

I like the cleanliness and the view of the hotel.

It is so crowded and the breakfast saloon is not well organised. I wait in the line to have my breakfast. And it is like maze.

Not bad

As I came for conference and the conference was in the same hotel

Upon check in the system was not functioning so there were a lot of people waiting and the line was too long and most of the chairs are full in the lobby

Not bad for solo traveler or some one who wants 5 star hotel room with out the treatment of a 5 star hotel

The value of money is good , Room was good and clean.

Location was not that great. Reception were a little bit moody especially in phone when i asked to extend the check out time from 12 to 1 pm. The lobby was over crowded, to get your car it will take at least 10 min.

الفندق رائع. البهو واسع. الخدمات متوفرة وسريعة. المصاعد عديدة. وسيارات الأجرة كثيرة وبكل وقت. العاملون راقون وبالذات محمد جمال. وكذلك موظفو الاستقبال. وخدمات التقنية. الغرفة فخمة وواسعة، وأثاثها فاخرة.

موقعه، ولكن ليس سيئًا.

Le confort la propreté rien à dire

Dès notre arrivée nous étions surpris par le personnel de la réception qui nous ont mal traité 2 heures de temps même plus pour nous donner les cartes des deux chambres qu’on a réservé Aussi je déconseille les familles respectueuses de séjourner dans cet hôtel mal fréquenté

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip

Locatie is uitstekend voor bezichtiging van highlights. Dubai is een stad waar je alles per taxi doet. Taxi’s voldoende voor de deur, personeel helpt je er ook graag aan: nooit hoeven wachten. Mensen uiterst vriendelijk. Ruime kamers en schitterend uitzicht. Restaurant / skybar is ook aan te raden.

Don't stay here if you want peace

The gym was good

The price I booked v price I was charged was significantly different The staff are borderline rude The check in lady started to argue with me and the cafe staff in the lobby are totally disinterested The bathroom smelt of sewage The room was noisy from the adjoining road The bathroom is thin and made for small ladies only Empty minibar (!) The clientele are.... difficult to describe.... not what I have experienced in the rest of the UAE Very much trading on the name but many better hotels, similar location and value for money

Excellent trip during new years

Excellent hotel with people friendly staff during our new year trip to Dubai, we loved it. Especially house keeping staff like Mr. Ye Htet, Ganapathy and Masaud. The hotel is in very close proximity to Dubai mall and Burj and the breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely love this place!!!

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had a room with Burj Khalifa tower view and could enjoy the New Year countdown from our room. The room and facilities are pure perfection. Hotel provides access to the private beach and that was also one of the best highlights of our trip. Poolside is beautiful and has different options if you are traveling with kids.

When we checked in, somehow we got a different room from what I originally ordered online, but the incident was fixed immediately and we actually had the best stay ever. There is no one thing I wouldn’t like about this hotel. I enjoyed every second of our stay!!!

it was okay not the greatest.

location.

this is my third time staying at this property, my previous stay was good but this time our room and washroom was not at expected level. bathroom needs renovation. we didn't have body wash all four days. no refills were done or checked. Breakfast was good but serving staff needs more training.
