Everything was just nice for our second honeymoon.. the staff was very friendly.

The cookies were very nice.. the room was very big and comfortable.. the breakfast was really tasty and full of variety

We need to change the elevator to get to our room instead of using one elevator to go to the car park and our room.

Doesn't meet my expectation for double tree

Service was great 10/10, breakfast was very nice, quite a lot of choices, the nyonya laksa was very nice, a lot of choices for salad too Indian dhal was nice Tried once their dinner buffet, dessert was nice City view was nice Swimming pool very nice view

The room renovation are quite bad, the wallpaper seems like soaked before, can see quite through into the bathroom even the glass was blurred, there's a button for curtain in toilet, but no curtain is there. In the last day of my stay, the door lock was broken, waited 10 mins outside my room and technician only come Location was not good, this hotel is in a mall but that mall closed, need to drive 10+mins to Jonker Street The pastry in the breakfast can be improved, the roti canai/roti cheese i prefer to be cook when customer order, or else it has become very hard¬ crispy

Overall, I do enjoy my stay. I will come back but I hope the breakfast can be improved.

I like the room. Very clean, the bed is comfortable. Appropriate for business trip and for leisure. I do not like the breakfast. Short of manpower and replenish of food was extremely slow. Despite numerous reminder, there’s still no replenish of food. The porridge is not cooked, I ate some uncooked rice! The coffee has no taste of coffee aroma. I made coffee from different coffee machines, they both tasted the same- no coffee aroma.

I chose Doubletree Hilton for most of my Melaka trips but this time kind of disappointed.

Room is spacious enough Bed is big and comfortable Quality toiletries and smells good Staff service at reception is good Welcome cookies which is unique from other hotels

Pillows are too soft Stains on bedsheet No Bathtub Housekeeper left the TV remote control underneath bedsheet and forgot to replace toothbrush Parking lots limited especially when come back late at night Unclean plates at breakfast cafe Replenish of food is slow and taste is not as good as before

Good stay except for absence of parking instructions and lack of signage from parking lot to hotel.directions to hotel

Clean, front desk staff polite and good, breakfast staff good service and polite too.

Should give parking instructions prior to check-in. Had to reverse and get out from parking entrance and drive to hotel main entrance to ask about parking procedures for free parking. Suggest to have more signage from parking lot to hotel, took a while to find it.

ヒルトンだけに期待して予約したのにがっかりだった。支配人は誠意を持って対応してくれて良い人でした。

２部屋取ったら隣同士のコネクティングルームにしてくれた。支配人がいい人だった。

ホテル全体が古い。コロナ禍で寂れたのか、メンテが行き届いてない。一つのトイレから異臭がしてスタッフを呼んだ。タオルが人数分ない。ボディーソープの備品の補充されず。ビュッフェの食事が朝も夜もイマイチ。ジュースは水で薄めたように味がない。マグカップはいかにも食洗機で洗っただけの汚れが落ち切っていない感。こちらのサイトで朝夕食込みで予約したにも関わらず反映されてなかった。

Not worth the premium paid for this hotel.

It is spacious and we get interconnecting room

The mall next door was totally empty which makes the location of this hotel inconvenient without a car. We have no choice but to get a car and the parking system is inconvenienced. We have to present our credit each time we drive in and out of the parking to get complementary parking else you will get charged. The room service is subpar. The rooms are dusty. We have to do some cleaning ourselves and the we itch all over sleeping on the bed for 3N of our stay.

Mind Blowing

The hotel itself was awesome..the rooms was outstanding and I haven't got to breakfast yet..it was mind blowing.

There should be more shops below the hotel but due to Covid 19 Lockdown many shops were closed

It was a lovely staycation for my parents during Chinese New Year.

Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was great which included many vegetarian options for my mum to try. Staff at the front desk were friendly. We also had dinner at Tosca restaurant located on the 13th floor of Doubletree by Hilton Melaka which was overall pleasant.

It would been good if the body lotion bottle in the bathroom has been checked and refilled prior to our stay as it was already empty when I tried to pump the bottle. Secondly, the signage to the Lobby of the hotel at the car park could be improved to make it more visible for hotel guests.
