Room smells like cigarettes smoke

The place is clean.

The room smell like cigarette smoke when we first came in. There were no rags/floor mats in the bathroom. The bed sheets were stained. Only one pillow per bed.

コスパが良い

3度目の利用でした。前に部屋の掃除をしてもらえなかったとレビューに書いてしまったのですが、ドアに札をかけておくだけできちんと掃除してもらえました！一日中部屋にいたりして掃除してもらわない日は、アプリでお願いすればバスタオルやトイレットペーパーを持ってきてくれます。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、寝巻きは自分で持って行ってください。ドライヤーは部屋にあります。シャワーブースには3 in 1（シャンプー・ボディソープ・ハンドソープ？）がありますが、自分はシャンプーとフェイスソープも持って行ってます。総じて、コスパが良く安心して泊まれるホテル。日本人にもおすすめできます。また行く予定です。

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Near the place im going,

the top floor above my room is loud from pulling chairs or whatever it is. need to improve with tv, no Netflix 😅😊... Lighting of the room makes it looks dark because the bulb is yellow.

Good Comfy and Lowest price for such a nice place

The room was super clean, the price was too low and too good to be true. Highly recommended and it was near in key landmarks of the area. If you're looking for a 4-star hotel at the price of 2-star hotel, this is what you're looking for!

Red Planet Mabini and Aurora hotel locations are my favorites. Very near to all the shops and malls I enjoy going to.

Close to Araneta City and all the shops and amenities I love to visit.

I hate your soap dispensers, no complimentary bottled water.

so far the hotel meet my expectation except for the food menu timing

rooms are clean cozy and easy to check in

menu timing extension as a traveler , we need a one stop relaxing and accesible to what we need. sometimes we feel hungry during our domestic flights

Chunky charlie dusty stay for a night. 🤠✌🤙✍️👏

Airconditioning, the comfort bed, the television that has mirroring to connect from my Android. Some quiet time while on my room.

The next door guest whom making noiseful sound while they slid there damn things. It irritates me and disturb my quiet time 😔

Always met my expectations

Red Planet never lets me down. Always stayed with them. Water pressure from my shower head was weak, they got it sorted instantly. Great service all round.

Superb

Clean and tidy and staff overall excellent

No telephone inside the room for emergency you cant call the reception you need to run outside to call. If in case someoe havd cardiac arrest or fire.

It was ok. Basic room nothing too special

I like the location and cleanliness of the place. Wifi is also good.

There is no hot iron for my clothes and the room is promoting city view but they gave me a view of the next building. I have booked it advance so I'm expecting that they will give a room that I want.

Location, WiFi, clean rooms

Staff attitude. Refusing to supply a couple of extra pillows until third request with so many empty rooms is just showing lack of care. Staff said no extra pillows even though I saw him with two in storage room. On second request - sorry no pillow case wait till tomorrow (I said we don't care about second pillow case. Third time I just said I'll go find one in empty room and suddenly they find one. Silly things like this are completely avoidable if you care about guests. After repeating my wish to talk to management about ridiculous outdated COVID policy still no response. Nobody contacted me - again it's uncaring and disrespectful.

Not perfect but great for the price.

The place looked relatively new. It was designed for the modern traveler with enough and accessible electrical outlets.

No closet nor drawers. No place to put clothes! I literally lived off of my suitcase.

Great location

The daily rate was value for money. It is located right across major department stores and establishments of araneta center cubao. You can easily grab food to eat and shop. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. And the check-process was swift.

The room, bathroom and parking for guests were all a little cramped. No hygiene kit and slippers provided. Np windows or city view.
