Overall a nice stay

Location close to the city centre. Great bed, pillows and shower. Kettle in room, which is always a plus, and a nice lobby with bar and seating area.

Downsides was the long time it took to check in and check out,

Excellent standard and very central location in Shanghai

The standard in the hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful and nice. We tried the gym, and it has a lot standard equipment, which exceeded our expectations. The location is very good and central in Shanghai. You have a lot of restaurant and fast food options available. Though the price is high, but it might be worth it.

The deposit is a bit high, otherwise everything else is fine.

Una vergüenza.

Nada, una vergüenza.

La recepcionista que nos atendió en el chek in, pierde la paciencia (no dan ganas de preguntarle nada) y responde de forma grosera e imprudente. El desayuno poca variedad y 30-40 minutos de espera está rebalsado de gente. Tuvimos que ir a tomar desayuno afuera del hotel. Una vergüenza. 4 ascensores para un mar de gente. Cobran como un hotel de 5 estrellas y no les da ni para dos. Elijan otro por favor.

We requested a cab and made clear for them that we only have credit cards, no cash. The taxi driver took is to our loca

I liked the hotel a lot. Clean. Looks new. Very large which can be annoying since not every elevator will take you to your floor.

The staff is good, but they really lack speaking English and communication in general.

Top Hotel an top Lage!

Es war alles perfekt, ich würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Direkt in Gehdistanz der Einkaufsmeile. Man ist ebenfalls sehr schnell an der Metro-Station und somit ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Location of the property amazing, people’s square metro station just a minute walk, east nanjing road just a minute walk. Very spacious room and comfortable bedding. I was upgraded to king deluxe skyline view room. A big thank you to Mr. Eric at the concierge for providing continuous assistance during my stay from arranging train tickets to ordering food. All the staff did their best to make my stay extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was same during my six nights stay. If at all can also include pillow menu.

The location of the hotel is very good. Staff were very helpful

The rooms needs to be upgraded. The room I was staying, the window area is worn-out. The bed was not comfortable. In my daughter's room we found spoiled food in the fridge from the previous guest.

Concierge service excellent

Room acoustic is poor, I can hear the guest in the room next to mine snoring as there’s a door connecting the two rooms although closed. Take long time for the reception to pick up calling from the room.

I stayed there twice in June, 1st stay room was much bigger but both were good size, really comfortable beds. breakfast was amazing you had every type. I will definitely book it again
