If you stay in Hela, this is your hotel.

Everything! Big and clean rooms, great breakfast. We loved the hot tub and the sauna after a long hiking trip.

Bien.

Proche d une supérette et station essence. L hôtel dispose d un bistrot et un restaurant buffet. Un accès au spa et bain chaud jusqu’à minuit. Chambre correcte. Salle de bain légèrement vétuste.

Les peignoirs sont payants pour l accès au spa (900 isk par personne). Pas le droit de prendre un petit pain pour la chambre.

Value for money with nice hot tub/sauna access.

Breakfast was adequate, staff friendly, facilities a bonus! Good location for exploring the south of Iceland.

Rooms on the small side, shower very small.

El hotel muy bonito, con una excelente ubicación en Hella. La atención es bastante buena. Habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno. Un plus cuenta con jacuzzis y sauna de uso gratuito.

Prima voor één nacht

Bedden lagen goed, en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Vloer van de kamer was vies, haren en stof. Verkleurde vleeswaren bij het ontbijt, alles lag te lang.

Good spot if you're doing a full-day Landmannalaugar tour!

This hotel was a perfect place to stay around our Landmannalaugar Super Jeep tour. The restaurant had good food for dinner, and breakfast was a typical European-style buffet in the morning. Dry sauna and hot tubs were a great way to relax after a full day. Rooms are simple--no frills--but comfortable and quiet.

The shower showed signs of mold/mildew buildup in the grout around the floor. It appeared to be more of a drainage problem than a cleanliness problem, but nonetheless, I wore flip-flops when I showered.

War sehr modern. Frûgstüvksbuffet immer reichlich vorhanden auch noch kurz vor 10

Zimmer werden auch auf Nachfrage nicht richtig gesäubert. Kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer oder in der Nähe des Zimmers

Easy check-in and clean

Breakfast was rather bad; coffee, orange juice and scrambled eggs were not drinkable / eatable; "Garden View" was on a construction site/ parking space. For the price we got it (Genius lvl 3 plus Short notice) around 95 euros for 2 it was good, but for normal price around 180 euros it would be a bad deal.

No bang for high buck

Nice breakfast

Staff not friendly, room bathroom disappointingly decorated and not very clean. Jacuzzis also not clean, temp not high enough in them, same with sauna…

Superb

Nice hotel for a one night stay. The staff was very nice and the check-in uncomplicated. The room was clean and spacious. We liked there was a kettle and some tea left in the room.

Bed was not really comfy, but okay for one night.

wonderful comfy and hood value

clean quiet comfortable with an awesome cooked breakfast I mean it was just fabulous - plus hot tub! it is a big buzzy place but they have thought of everything

it was all great but paper cups on the room kinda sucked: real cups would be nice but not that big a deal

Exceptional

The location was great, we loved the bistro as well as the hot tub and sauna.

The bathroom floors were very slippery, and the shower doors were flimsy. It could be dangerous if someone falls.

Good location. Staff friendly.

Bedroom/WC small. Cold room when we got in, shower leaking under, no trash bin in the room (just WC), 1 hotpot VERY dirty (white skin everywhere) and the other pot cold. Long walk to the pots and need to walk on your swimsuits in front of all the restaurant… No benches in the shower/locker room to sit down in, no shampoo in the showers (also not in the bedroom). No milk in the breakfast, bit caos to find things - forks in the other end, glasses the other. Dirty tables.

Superb choice of hotel!

1. Gluten free Breakfast options and the wonderful spread of options for breakfast! 2. Covered area for smokers! 3. No sulfur in the water THANK YOU! 4. Welcoming environment, good restaurant, amazing decor, cleanliness, friendliness, nice looking Jacuzzi’s and saunas! 5. We even invited friends to come visit us!

The coffee maker in the room was amazing but the instant coffee in the room was just awful. I am a heavy coffee drinker and had been without good coffee for days so I really needed it- my head was aching from withdrawal. I could barely drink it but am still grateful for having something!

I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

They had a great breakfast! Very tasty and a large variety offered. They had a nice hot tub area, and dry sauna.

Great stop off location

Very warm room, great dining room, loved the northern lights corridor but unfortunately it was raining so no northern light could be seen

Outside hot tub wasn't available and too many teenagers in the sauna. Breakfast was busy with coachloads of tourists, much quieter after they all left

Very good stop right after Golden Circle. Excellent buffet breakfast with DIY waffles, included in the room price.

simple, comfortable beds, liked that it had hot tubs and saunas

found a used cotton bud in the bathroom so cleanliness could be better. location is a bit random. breakfast room and food a bit basic, coffee was really poor quality signed up for the Northern Lights call and the hotel didn’t call even though the lights were out
