Proximity to the falls
Bar only serve wine by the bottle. Couldn’t get glasses. Made it more expensive than it needed to be.

staff was so friendly and accomodating - everything you asked for they responded to with a smile and made it happen. The restaurant was so pleasant with an outside terrace overlooking the waterfall. The breakfast was excellent with good coffee and herring. Everything was very clean and updated
The rooms were small but well designed. The bathrooms used geothermal water but had a mild sulphur smell

The location of course was just amazing. If you stay during northern light season, it gets too easy to take pictures with skogafoss.
We had a rude person check us in. The property uses codes instead of cards and it had the potential to get confused. Asking for help was not appreciated by the staff.
