The location was great, could walk easily to shopping, restaurants and bars. The beds were very comfortable. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent and very lively at night.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The towels had a campfire/wood smell, so drying off wasn’t very pleasant with the smell. We also booked a car thru the hotel to take us to an attraction and the driver decided to take us to a restaurant that was an hour out of the way on the way back and then we ended up in terrible traffic so the 1 hour ride back to hotel ended up being 3 hours. Then the driver tried to charge us for this. The response from reception was to take it up directly with the driver.

We loved the location, the breakfast and the design of the building. Beds were comfortable

The gym, everything is perfect but the gym need at least more KB or Db ( mancuernas )

Excellent place in Excellent location. Little overpriced restaurant but delicious. Friendly staff. Right in the middle of Bogota shopping area.

You can hear everything in every room. There was no towel hangers

Ok. Staff did not know anything about celiac disease even though we had mentioned it before reservation.

Noisiest guests in room next to oyrs. Hotel solution was to change us at 3am to another room instead of asking the noisy guest to be quiet.

Perfect and beautiful hotel to stay in Bogota. Save area with lots of nice cafés, restaurants and shopping close to hotel. Good supermarket and protected ATM in street behind hotel.

the only downside was that the restaurant at the lobby was very loud - we could hear the music in our room.
