Habitación excelente pero muy encerrada.

La atención de todo el personal, la cocina muy bien equipada, las camas y ropa de cama excelentes, el Baño muy bueno. Las comodidades son excelentes y muy adecuadas para una familia de 4.

La ubicación del hotel es muy ventosa, las habitaciones no poseen mucha luz natural y la vista de nuestra habitación era al paredón y a un parque interior por lo que se sentía muy encerrada la habitación que estaba en la planta baja, es una lástima porque las instalaciones son muy modernas y cómodas, le falta tener vistas más luminosas y más abiertas del pueblo.

Stylish and modern accommodation

Very nice accommodation in the middle of nowhere, walking distance to everything this village has to offer. Very stylish, clean and modern accommodation. I loved that they put the heating on for the night and the free welcome drinks were also a nice touch.

Cortinas ou roupa de cama geraram rinite. Aquecedor de um dos quartos quebrados, mas não precisamos usar pois fomos no verão.

La atención del personal, la limpieza y la habitación tenía todo, sobretodo la cocina. Hermoso lugar. Buena relación precio- calidad. Desayuno buffet muy rico.

Nada. Todo estuvo hermoso. Incluso nos guardaron equipaje cuando subimos a la montaña por una noche.

Very nice set up, comfortable room, bed, welcome by Veronica was exceptional as was the check out with her. She definitely brings the level of service up.

View from the room was so so, nothing can be done about it but the unfinished building is nothing great. Very irregular service, some employees are very nice and are service oriented, other couldn’t care less and are definitely not as helpful. Too bad because service overall could be improved

Café da manhã muito bom, recepção calorosa e muito hábil para atender de forma proativa os nossos planos de passeios do dia seguinte, quartos muito confortáveis. Até gostaríamos de conhecer opções de restaurantes na cidade, mas o nosso pouco tempo e a qualidade do serviço e comida oferecida nos seguraram.

Nos contras, infelizmente o isolamento acústico é ruim e os horários de check in e out são muito restritos, mas dentro dos nossos planos, pedir para ampliar em caso de necessidade pode ser importante.

Cidade encantadora, com uma estadia em um dos hotéis mais confortáveis..

Tudo! O hotel é excelente!! O hotel quarto muito aconchegante, limpo, completo e possui um chuveiro muito bom com água quente. O café da manhã foi muito reforçado, com variadas opções. Recomendo!! Voltaria com certeza!

Wonderful retreat in the mountains.

Property was new, clean. Room was spacious, well designed, and furnished. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Our room was next to the bar so it was a bit noisy at night. A mini fridge and a trash can for the bedroom would be nice amenities to add to the room.

Comfortable room, nice staff but poor breakfast and value for money

We liked the location, the staff in the lobby and the room/beddings.

1. The breakfast was a disaster due to serious lack of staff during peak hours. The quality of the food is not at the level one would expect based on the cost of the room. 2. The total cost was a way higher than what we had expected from the quote on Booking.com. Over 20-25% in our currency (CAN). This is due to the fact that instead of using USD as a reference, the hotel charges in pesos at MEP rate. So instead of paying about CAD $400 per night, we were charged the equivalent of $500 per night……. A total rip off. Both of these reasons made a stay that could have been nearly perfect, a rather unpleasant one.

Staff is very very nice and helpful. They helped me out with all trails suggestions and also weather forecast.

rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and bright, big bed, dedicated table for work. Bathroom is big, clean and bright. The installation is very new and modern, they opened a restaurant recently that serves excellent food. Breakfast is very complete and delicious.

Arnaque : le pire rapport qualité-prix de notre voyage en Argentine

Chambre confortable et propre. Bon petit déjeuner.

Arnaque. Booking affiche un prix en pesos argentins (ARS) lors de la réservation. Il est également précisé que l'établissement demande un règlement en dollars (USD) de cette somme. Attention cependant. L'établissement n'utilise pas le taux de change du "dollar turista" qui est pourtant celui retenu par tous les établissements hôteliers, restaurants, entreprises de transport que nous avons réglés depuis le début de notre voyage en Argentine il y a un mois. Les cartes Visa et MasterCard retiennent également ce taux de change "dollar turista" lorsque vous réglez par carte bancaire. L'établissement Senderos impose lui le taux de change "dólar oficial" ce qui revient à payer 2x plus cher environ la prestation. Avec leur combine, en réalité, la nuit n'est pas à 70.000 pesos mais à 140.000 pesos, ou bien à 200 USD. L'établissement prend un prélèvement automatique, ce qui ne laisse pas de porte de sortie. N'espérez aucune assistance de Booking sur le sujet, ni en français, ni en espagnol ni en anglais. L'établissement cherchera sans doute à se défendre en répondant à ce commentaire, mais cela ne compensera jamais sa mauvaise foi. Parlons maintenant de la qualité du logement pour 200 USD la nuit. Vous avez : un bâtiment moderne sans charme mais fonctionnel au bout d'une route en terre battue, une vue sur une sorte de chantier / terrain vague, une déco banale... Bref, c'est une escroquerie. Pour ce prix là, à Salta, à Cafayate, à Mendoza, aux Alerces...et même dans l'extrême nord du pays où les conditions sont aussi difficiles qu'en Patagonie, vous avez un logement avec du charme, une piscine et des gens gentils. Donc pour notre part, cela sera le pire rapport qualité-prix de notre voyage. Une arnaque en fait, comme cela arrive quand on voyage au long cours. El Chaltén est une belle destination avec beaucoup d'options de logement. Passez votre chemin et cherchez ailleurs.

Good

This hotel is a great place with a delightful breakfast. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with good facilities. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The street where the hotel is located is pretty quiet (well, let's be honest the whole city is very small, and if you step from the main street, quiet)

The main nasty surprise was the pricing. I had Argentinian Peso turned on as the currency in the Booking.com app, and the final pricing was more than double that number. How did it happen? Well, the "venue currency" is USD and I believe that Booking.com uses the official exchange rate, the hotel at the same time uses not the official rate, and not even the "dollar blue", but what's called a "dollar turistico", i.e. special exchange rate created to rip off tourists. So the place is quite good, but the amount you pay is unreasonable.

Sparkling clean and a warm welcome!

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The care, attention to detail, and warm welcome were above and beyond. Highly recommend! The bed is also very comfortable and the apartment has everything you could think to need.

Overall a really nice place to stay. Would stay here again.

Really comfy having your own serviced apartment. You can cook your own meals if you'd like, but we opted to eat out and try Argentinian steak. The staff here were lovely.

The heating is centralised, so if you want to turn it up, you'll need to ask reception. The breakfast was a little basic.

Staff (everyone!) was helpful, full of knowledge about the area, friendly and eager to assist. The location couldn't be better, just off the main street but quiet. The apartment is perfect for a family with children, with a nice kitchen and living room and 2 spacious bedrooms. Very clean. Good value for money, highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious with a modern interior, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, esp. the fresh fruit salad

WIFI was not strong in the room at the very end of the building, the hotel does not do laundry (not an issue as there are several laundry services in town)
