The communication from the time of booking until after my stay was incredibly smooth, helpful and very friendly. Fran gave me a lot of tips on the trails and weather beforehand so I could plan my hikes accordingly. Eduardo and the rest of the team at the hotel were also very kind to help during my stay. Since I couldn't pack any trekking poles in my carry-on baggage, I was ready to rent some at a store but they actually let me borrow a pair during my stay..!
Besides their lovely service, the hotel itself was very cozy with rustic, beautiful decor and a log-house type architecture. The room was always warm, the bed was comfy and always clean. There's plenty of complimentary water bottles in the room but the tap water is perfectly drinkable as well. Breakfast had different jams, breads, pastries, cheese, ham, fruits, juices, milk, fresh yogurt, and scrambled eggs and bacon made per request. The yogurt was very good - please try it with the sweet peaches!!
It was so good to be able to go home to this hotel after a long day's hike and wind-down with a hot shower / bath and crash into bed.
If I have the honor of being able to visit Patagonia and El Chalten again, I will for sure stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Everything was so great. One fyi - for upstairs rooms, there's no elevator so if you need elevator accommodations, please make sure to let them know in advance. It wasn't a big deal for me at all and I saw they're very happy to accommodate those who need the first-floor access, so just an fyi for those planning to book.

Everything ! The location, the quality of the accommodations, the very cosy common area and the kindness and efficiency of the management.
Even in the evening when we needed some help with an emergency cleaning, Roberto (or Alberto) was really helpful ! In the morning we found all our clothes cleaned and ready to be picked up at the reception.
