Spacious, clean and comfortable room fitted like a modern lodge. Bathroom facilities were modern and had great hot showers with good water pressure. Bed was large and comfortable and the room had space for suitcases and a separate closet area with plenty of hangers. Also enjoyed the small seating space by the door to leave dirty hiking boots! Breakfast offering was good but leaned sweet with the main savoury options being scrambled eggs, ham and cheese. Good location and walkable both from the bus terminal and to the main parts of town, though is about ~20mins to the main trailhead. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and laundry service was appreciated (next day turnaround for us). Overall very comfortable stay!
No nondairy milk options at breakfast and the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear our next door neighbour coughing and snoring. No aircon in the rooms or vents in the bathrooms so windows need to be opened for ventilation.
