Excellent

The Alinea Urban Saripolou Square is simply perfect. We arrived early and were not only able to check in, but my friends were also given an upgrade. Both rooms were fantastic, with absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay in Limassol. The beds are so comfortable you won't want to leave them! Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff. I definitely recommend Alinea Urban Saripolou Square for your trip to Limassol.

המלון ממוקם במרכז העיר קרוב לטיילת / מסעדות/ בתי קפה/ טירת לימסול ופרדוקס, הצוות אדיב, החדרים נקיים ומרווחים. Costantino אחד מאנשי הצוות שעזר לנו ואפילו הזמין עבורנו ארוחת ערב במסעדה קרובה. מיקום 10/10 נקיון 10/10 צוות 10/10 בקיצור ממליץ מאוד, נתנתי דירוג גבוה לצוות בגלל קוסטנתינו אחרת היית נותן 8. (חניון קרוב למלון אבל בתשלום)

Good hotel, stayed there two times

Very nice interior, cozy and modern. The hotel is fairly quiet and it's easy to relax and chill in your room. Amazing cosmetics, friendly staff and great location.

Some of the places in the room weren't cleaned properly: glass wall between the room and the bathroom was in some dirt smudges, a lot of dust under the shelf. Everything else was fairly clean, just the spots where you wouldn't look in the first place were not as tidy as everything else and it just spoils the impression about overall quite good hotel.

Great place! I wish I stayed longer!

It is exactly the same as it looks in the pictures and its very technological upgraded!

I struggled with the shower head that didnt work efficiently and the hot water needed some time work

Great value, very modern

Very modern and clean. Spacious and well equipped. Located in the heart of town. Laundry service. Reasonable pricing. Great value overall.

Exactly at checkout time your room card gets automatically deactivated. While I do believe that checkout time should be adhered to, and while my card got reactivated by staff immediately, I haven't ever seen this before anywhere, and it's disconcerting to suddenly not be able to get into your room. I would suggest either giving guests a little window of extra time, or informing them beforehand of this peculiarity. No parking included except on weekends. There is a big parking lot nearby which has hourly rates (15 EUR max per day), but it's fairly inconvenient if you drive in and out a lot, since every time you'll have to manage a paper card and pay at a separate machine before leaving.

Nice location, comfortable room, inexperienced staff and blinds blocking the view

The room was comfortable and upon request I got a late check out for free, for which I am really grateful. There is a nice roof terrace to sit on and a fine marketplace (Agora) next-door with a lot of food choice. The hotel manager whom we spoke once, is welcoming and willing to help. Coffee in the room is good. There is a large table in the room, so one can comfortably work. Still, because there were some issues (see below) and given the quite high price of the stay, I give the stay a 7.

Eventually I liked the stay. But it took quite some effort to get it right, and the main reason is the inexperienced staff at the reception. The reception is frequently staffed with trainees and, although they are friendly, they miss knowledge. - I asked for stay prolongation, and was offered a price way higher than the price mentioned in Booking. Eventually that was sorted out, but it just does not feel good. - They do not tell you about all the facilities available. For example, it is possible to make use of a pool in another, nearby Alinea. But we only heard this in the middle of our stay when having a small talk with the hotel manager in the lift. I would have liked to know this immediately. Another point is the balcony having iron non-movable blinds blocking the whole view(!). I saw the blinds on the photos in Booking, but could never ever imagine they would be non-movable...

my best choice in the center of limassol

big rooms, soundproof (the area can be noisy on weekends so it is important), very clean . located on the mid of the old city only minutes walk from the beach and the old port area. the staff was helpful

i would change pillows or at least add the soft one.

Superb

Great hotel. The interior feels like it is completely new and it is located in the very heart of Limmassol. It's 5 minutes away from the marina, restaurants and shops. Nice staff and excellent location.

Very good

No breakfast. Location is spot on. Just a few minutes walk from the castle and cathedral.

The hotel is just above some cafes so the noise level is quite a bit.

Exceptional

The attitude of the staff was top notch! We didn't know we were going to the main carnival day and were scared off by the noise from the street, but the sound proofing in the room is amazing so we could rest. The hotel manager gave us a bottle of champagne as a present for my husband's birthday, it could not but cheer us up! The room itself was clean and very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation is superb, so clean! Comfortable bed. staff were very helpful

The noise outside the apartment was very loud. you’re right in the centre so there are pubs around and the noise went on until 1am and then the noise started again at 5am. Great for party goers though.
