Muy bueno!

Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas. Te dan además de shampoo y jabón un cepillo de dientes y pasta dental. Pudimos hacer uso del sauna y fue muy agradable. Tienen para hacer masajes a 350thb si mal no recuerdo.

Hubo un inconveniente con la ducha, tuvimos que bañarnos con muy poca agua pero lo solucionaron a las horas.

Disappointed, noisy and unfriendly

Good location

The staff didn’t know they had a booking for a room already and told me they have no room, then asked for cash before offering the room I already booked. They avoided eye contact and were unfriendly. The bar was packed and it’s overflowing into the space infront of my room and there was screaming kids running around everywhere throwing water from the hot tub everywhere with a toilet pan. It was noisy, unfriendly and not private. I requested a quiet room upon booking which was confirmed, when I asked to move rooms the staff said they will find one, then didn’t find one. I messaged online on booking.com and they just told me it’s peak season and didn’t care. This would tell me the hotel room was overwhelmed at that capacity and it wasn’t fair for me. I barley slept which ruined my Muay Thai training the next day and I would have stayed for a week if it was a good place but I checked out after one day

Not a place for family to check in to

Pool ok

The family room needs to be looked into and ventilated it as it smells awful and even when they applied air freshener it did not help. It took about 30hrs to get it some kind of normal. Parking for 3-4 cars but it is full of cars until late night and if unlucky then no parking for the guests who live there.

Renovation of the spa is ongoing which creates noise. But it shouldn't be so long anymore.

It was excellent experience

Atmosphere pool and rooms was excellent before they gave me family room in which toilet was not good as there was no exhaust there and smell always but after two days they alott me two rooms with excillent bathroom and toilet pool was very good and staff is so polite and helping.

Very good

Staff in the restaurant and at the reception is super nice. The bed was incredibly comfy. Big nice room and bathroom. Saunas are nice. Ice bath ok.

Nothing in particular - the staff is super friendly, however one little thing was that more than 24 hours prior to my arrival I tried to reach the property by e-mail, whats app and facebook. They didn't reply to my question through any of those channels.

Really happy and the location suited my needs

Very friendly staff , seemed genuine people , great food next door , lovely pool and real thought gone into the decor

It does get a little overrun with people comjng to use the spa sauna facilities but no big problem at all . Understand it’s just good business

Good for single travellers not for family

We had the family room at the end of the resort so it was very quiet. Resort is very well situated. The lady at the counter was friendly. Smart TV

The beds were old and not comfortable. There is carpet everywhere. No window on toilets nor bathroom thus it smells humidity. Parking was always full, we parked there only once when we arrived and then was full all the time. No maid service however i did not ask, but when i left the room no one comes to clean it. The pool has algea so kids could not swim.

Friendly centrally located hotel with everything you could need......

Great place with a party atmosphere and excellent staff, rooms are separate bungalows so no neighbour noise, great pool and a nice restaurant, sauna, steam, massage and close proximity to local bars. What made the stay special was the friendliness of the owner and all the staff .... as a regular to Rawai this will be my hotel of choice from now on .....

Great atmosphere, nice and clean bungalows. There is a pool, sauna and hammam. Pleased with the price, and you can also order food in the room. Was very pleased
