Only complaint was that the bedding was lacking a bit. My grandson slept in the pullout couch and it’s not that comfortable will be back, but will rent one room with two queen size beds

The staff were all great - very friendly and good communication. The suite was clean and as advertised. The reason for lower rating is that ownership charges for parking which is a bit absurd given the suburban location with abundant parking available. They also charge a material pet fee which was not listed at the time of booking. At $75/night, it should really be advertised. We had some issues with loud folks above us as well. In general, the accomodations were good and the staff was excellent but the add-ons to the cost made the value questionable.

I stayed at the Hyatt for a two day business seminar. The hotel is conveniently located near Rte. 95 and close to many stores and eateries. Check-in was easy and convenient, but the fact that the hotel charged me $10 a day for parking was ridiculous! It was a normal hotel parking! I don't know what the justification was but I should have parked my car across the street at the business building. My one bed room suite was clean, nice and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful to have as well. Breakfast had a decent spread with scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, etc. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but would most likely find another hotel due to the parking fee.

Wasn’t too pleased that they wanted you to pay for parking in their own parking lot - ridiculous. Also if you are expecting an area advertised as their bar where you can get a burger or something simple - it is not open.

My daughter had a staff member try to enter the room to clean it at approximately 9:40 am, when she was getting ready for a shower, when check out was at 12. If she hadn’t engaged the flip lock they would have entered. Housekeeping also came knocking again at 11:15 asking to come in a clean.

the bed was hard as a rock with just a board under the matress and cold air was coming through the windows, otherwise was a nice room and breakfast in the morning was plentiful.

Hotel is clean, updated and comfortable. Fairly convenient to Boston and surrounding areas. Breakfast was organized, fresh and a solid variety of selections. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet despite hotel being close to the highway. Paying for parking for a hotel in a corporate park is a bit absurd. Hyatt members can get a voucher, but parking not being at a premium like a downtown hotel or near a public transportation hub is unnecessary and an added expense for traveling families especially on weekend night reservations.

I told the ladies at the front desk I was visiting my son who’s in the Navy…,they were as happy as I was about it. So kind and accommodating about everything. I will never forget it.

The property overall is nice and the breakfast was good. You have to pay $10 a day to park your car here and no discount for hotel guests which is a disgrace. Just another way to get you to spend unnecessary money…scam. Also, they do not clean your room even after we scheduled it with the front desk. We stood here for 4 days and 3 nights. We had garbage piled up in the room and we constantly needed to ask for towels and toilet paper which is really terrible for the amount of money a night we paid. The pull out couch is a joke it was so flat and had springs popping out of it. They really need to do better for the amount of money they charge in the middle of a corporate park.

Had a great stay but not happy that they are charging for parking now!!!! Ridiculous! I have been going to this location for over 8 years and now they have started to charge guests to park.

My only complaint would be that we had to pay for parking. It should be included in our stay and not be something extra we have to pay for through a separate service. There’s a lot of hotels in the area and although it was a nice, that is a deciding factor in picking a hotel for our next stay.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. No real complaints other than I wasn’t expecting to pay for parking and it was a real sucker punch because we had 3 vehicles (U-Haul, car to leave with our son in college and the car for us to return in).

Stay ended up better than expected, breakfast was good, room was clean. The people above us walked like hippos but that’s not the hotels fault. My only issue was the room had a slight rotten fruit type smell that we had to open the windows and air out. Probably humidity and lack of fresh air ventilation. Safe area, food within walking distance, inexpensive parking, and quick access to the freeway.

Over priced. Decent size room, small shower and toilet space. Breakfast was decent. Bed was horrible on one side felt like a bowling ball sticking up in it, the other side was sunk in. Hallways smelled terrible.

I am so happy we stayed at the Hyatt house. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and beautiful. My son and I had fun playing on the basketball court. The venue also had a pool and breakfast was fully stocked all the way to the end and was tasty too.
