It was nice and clean. The downfall was the TV wasn't working I tried to call reception and the phone didn't have a dial tone. It was late and I didn't want to go downstairs.

I was impressed with my stay, considering how affordable the rooms were. My check in process was good, room was clean, and there are a lot of amenities.

Convenient location, but lots of road noise. Room was clean. Heater didn't work and no extra blankets in room. Covered parking, but car was covered in bird poop when we left.

The property and the room were clean and the bed was comfortable. I did feel like the neighborhood was not the best though.

It seemed like we came into a room with rotting meat and found bacon on the fridge just left there and the most off putting smell ever , staff was nice and cleaned it but even after we found that there was stains everywhere including the bed sheet and shower curtain. Always smelt weird everytime we came into the room and the window had no screen on it so we felt unsafe to leave it open if we werent sitting right in front of it.

Front desk was awesome. We weren’t able to check in early since we were going to the Chargers game but they were able to give us a parking pass until we were able after the game. The room was clean and comfy. The free breakfast was delicious, hot and everything was well maintained and refilled constantly. We will definitely be staying here again. Great job to all the staff! Thank you!

I liked the hotel. It was nice and clean. There are issues that can’t be helped such as the limited parking spots for guests and the noises from sirens and traffic. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. It was nice that they offered breakfast :)

The only thing I found really disappointing was the entrance to the hotel, literally has no safe entrance to the parking whatsoever

The room we were placed in stunk like weed. I made the staff aware. The first person I made aware, handed me a spray and told me to try that and it might help. The second person thank me for making her aware. They did not attempt to switch my room or offer me any compensation for the issue. Would not recommend.

I have no complaints about the staff or the hotel. My complaint is about the guests who came in at 430am and woke me up with the loud talking and slamming doors. That continued for about 2 hours. The walls are paper thin. You hear EVERYTHING!! The street noise at 3am is ridiculous. I stayed in Room 335 for just 1 night and I couldn’t wait to check out. Whoever was on the 4th floor above my room would not stop stomping around the room o. The floor. This was just a very bad experience for me.

Great front desk agents , very helpful and friendly. Just toilets need more pressure to flush human waste . But overall real nice experience if you please pressure wash some areas around the seating smoking area .

Terrible check in. Got to town early but they would not let me check in. Male receptionist claimed i would have to pay extra. Even after i had called and was told early check in was fine. He told us to change clothes in parking lot.
