Broken elevators, front desk had no idea where the stairs were located. I had two toddlers and lots of luggage. The room could have been cleaner.

Bathroom issues, clogged toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower leaked all over the floor. As in 6-8” out from shower wall to wall. We used all towels to clean up. They had to keep bringing towels. Guy came and fixed toilet but the shower was not fixed.

Quick overnight for work ..but concierge at desk was super slow to check in. Rooms were crazy hit, pillows uselessly soft...sheets scratchy. Never staying again

The stay was fine. However, as a Silver Hilton member, Hilton provides bottled water upon check in. I saw the bottles sitting there and had to request and was informed that the manager said they are for Gold and above members. They gave it to me but you should follow the Hilton guidelines. Also, no business center at this hotel. You have to walk to their sister property next door which is not ideal, especially since it was raining...

The propert was generally clean. I don’t have many complaints outside of me finding out and check in that it was $20 a night to park. Person at the counter comments “20 a night is better than a $250 tow”.

It was a clean room, and the staff was very friendly. There weren't many restaurant options in the area that were within walking distance, so it would have been nice if the hotel provided lunch. A continental breakfast would also have been great.

I thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. The jacuzzi was a bit dirty had a lot of sand and maybe needs to be updated on the fiberglass. I thought it was odd to charge for parking when there was plenty of parking and hotel was low on capacity, I could understand if the location had a parking garage and if Valet was needed but that's not the case at this location. However, overall, it was a nice stay. relaxing.

Checking in was simple, finding the hotel was easy. There was plently of parking spaces, however, as other reviewers stated, parking is not free and it costs per day. If that wasn't annoying enough, at night when you're coming back to your hotel, they have security checking cars for parking stickers before being allowed to the parking lot, usually a long line and overall uncalled for. They take their job very seriously and aren't very friendly guys. The room itself wasn't bad, it seemed to be clean enough and did include a microwave and mini fridge which are bonuses when staying at a hotel. There was a distinctive smell on the sheets and covers, maybe the detergent they use but it wasn't pleasnt and they felt rough and dirty. The bathroom sink would fill up easily so you couldn't run water at full force. One of the things I hated the most was the outdated TV, it was not a smart tv and you could not log on to any devices, like a firestick. The cable service they had was trash and limited channels. The housekeeping was attentive though. Overall, not a terrible experience but could have been way better.

The hotel was clean but the room options are either heat traffic on the 405 on one side, or hear train whistles on the other side. I could not close the blackout curtain in my room because the pull bar was broken off. The cover for the AC control was also broken.

The bed mattresses were terrible in Room 138; very uncomfortable, low to the ground - sleepless night…. Rug old and coming apart. The room and bathroom we’re spacious, it no counter space in the bathroom the sink couldn’t even hold a cup

The room next to ours had very rowdy and rude guests. We called the front desk. The noise stopped for 5 minutes and began again. The issue was domestic however it was very alarming and disturbing @ 2am in the morning. Slamming doors, fighting and screaming.

Second time at this property coming home to San Diego after a concert in LA - staff (Alex) was very friendly, the room was impeccable, the bed was heaven, but the best of all was the power/pressure of the shower - it was awesome

The two issues were the jacuzzi was not working and they ran out of shredded cheese. Had a large group there and it would of been nice to soak in the jacuzzi after being on our feet all day. And, the omelet cook ran out of shredded cheese for the Monday omelets and did not let us know when ordering, had to send omelets back.

The property is well taken care of, clean and convenient. Rooms are very nice, well equipped (more USB ports would be nice) and quiet. Very nice hotel. Dining options for breakfast are good. Bar is open in the evening.
