They’ve got a bunch of less fortunate people living in this hotel. I get it. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to keep a roof over your head and especially with kids. Place is full of families living in there. People begging for money down in the lobby. Weed smoke filled the lower floor. The lady running the front desk had to keep spraying a room deodorizer to try and keep the smell down.

We chose this hotel because the pictures look good and the price was cheap. But when we got there, the place did not live up to the pictures. It's in the bad area , Like it was 30 years old and they said the place of his built three years ago. They're were burn marks in the tile in the bathroom,burn marks in the in the room like people had been smoking and doing drugs inside the room. It's just a bad hotel would not stay there ever again.

Customer service front counter was great I had a wonderful stay. I had my service teeny tiny animal and there was never any problems that I sometimes encounter as a travel nurse with a service chihuahua. For that alone AAA++++Would come again 100% rooms were clean and amazing.

The first night was ok but on the second night, beginning from about 2pm until about 3am next day a child was heard running and stomping the entire time. It was the room right above ours and I didn’t want to report due to them knowing and coming down to confront me. Was not happy!

The place had cockroaches. No iron in the room. Only 2 on the site. Never was able to use it

Called on 02/03/24 prior to reserving the room to ensure they don’t charge a deposit since the website was stating that they don’t charge a deposit and when I get there, they were charging me the deposit and manager was rude and unprofessional and didn’t want to give me my refund.

The receptionist Latrise was so wonderful and great she made our stay so wonderful under our unfortunate circumstance. We really appreciated her and enjoyed our stay there.

Not crowded, quiet, the staff is very friendly, parking is free, only issues I had were the wifi was awful unless you paid extra and there was no free breakfast. If there was, and I didn’t see it, then it must’ve been the kind where they give you an apple and a water in a bag. Besides that, awesome hotel to stay in.

I enjoyed stay at the WoodSpring Suites. The staff was friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The check in was so easy and quick. I plan on returning.

Check in was such a breeze. The gentleman who received us was extremely friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that because most hosts just ask for ID, credit card and give out room keys. We had left at night and when we drove back in a car followed us. I told the night shift host of what was going on. She was able to look at cameras and told me to park my car near the entrance so she can keep and eye on my vehicle. She made me feel like I can trust her and the manager. Over all worth the stay. I appreciated everything they did for me that night. Definitely went the extra mile.

Amazing place to stay ! The cleansing all over the building is amazing. Front desk Monique was the best help ever and such an amazing person , not only did she help us fix the price on our stay and so her job but she was also communicating and getting to know the guest and wishing us all a great and safe weekend . Such an amazing staff , they listen and help the guest . I will definitely be staying here more often for festivals

I seen a lot of negative reviews on this property about roaches/bed bugs & the cleanliness of the place. However, my stay was fantastic, the room itself was very clean and tidy with everything cleaned and sanitized to my expectations, I triple checked every creek and corner and found nothing of the sorts of what previous reviews were saying. The staff was very straightforward and friendly. I give this place a 10/10 and it’s affordable! The only thing I wish they had was a pool. Overall I had a fantastic stay.

The stay overall was not pleasant. I saw two roaches in my room and the water pressure was horrible. They only put 2 towels with no wash cloths in a room with 2 beds. I will not be back.

Stayed here for one night while we were at an event at the Glen Helen amphitheater. Property is great, clean spacious rooms and spacious bathrooms. I’m very satisfied.

Our stay at this Extended Stay Hotel was not good. First of all, at the moment that we checked in they told me: that they don't offer housekeeping to the suites but you could pay for one; that they don't offer dishware for the kitchen but you can buy one; that you can't exchange your towels and linens for clean ones but you can pay for that; and last but not least they don't offer free Wifi Internet access for more than 1 device... but guess what? You can pay for more speed/Internet access for more devices. The suite had a terrible smell every time you got into the room. The TV screen was broken and you could watch it but only with blue colors. And finally, we checked out a day earlier and they didn't refund that money back to me. Plus, my wife and kid forgot a kitchen knife and a soccer ball respectively, and came back looking for them, after a couple of hours, and in the front desk they told me that the housekeepers didn't find anything. Overall, it was not a good experience.
