Hampton Inn Pensacola-Airport (Cordova Mall Area)

Under construction and wasteful water , bathrooms in lobby were so nasty, desk was friendly, but over priced for quality

This property delivered what it promised. A place near the airport without much noise.

This Hotel is well maintained and always a favorite stay when we visit Pensacola.

This hotel felt safe and was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We only occasionally heard airplanes. We were greeted warmly, and the updated room was clean. We also enjoyed the gym. The feather pillows were too soft for me, though. I’d wake up with my head on the mattress, because the feathers had compressed so much. The mattress was adequately comfortable. Also, we had a hard time plugging things in. The holes seemed blocked. The thermostat was hard to figure out, too. We enjoyed our stay, though.

They ran out of blankets for their pull out sofa beds. their was a dirty wash cloth in the pull out couch. the king bed was very uncomfortable. but is very close to the airport.

The stay was fine, we were only there for a few days. Towards the end of our stay, we requested some clean towels which they said would be delivered to our room. We waited but they never came, come to find out that there weren’t any clean towels and no knowledge of when we would get any. We also ran into one of the house keeping ladies who had clean towels on her cart and we proceeded to ask her about the matter and she said she would send someone up to our room with some and they were never brought. We spent the last 2 days of our trip having to use towels that we bought from the store ourselves!

The Staff worked under very difficult conditions. The hotel had recently suffered a lightning strike, and it took out there key system. They had been waiting on a computer for a week and was doing everything by hand. When we arrived, Richard and Belinda we’re waiting on very difficult customers. They were grace under pressure! The customers were extremely rude and obnoxious. I also commend Doug Tammy Aaliyah Carrie and Stephanie. Every employee was polite and helpful. This store should be commended for their customer service.

The staff were nice! Breakfast was ok. It's the summer, the pool side was not well kept. No decor to it, I expected much more from the price I paid for the night. Additionally the room was advertised as "resort" view. No where near resort view, more like parking lot view. Very dissapointing.

The staff is excellent and friendly and the rooms are nice and fresh. The free shuttle to the airport is a big plus and affected our decision to stay there. Everything about this hotel is very good except the air conditioning units in the rooms that make an awful loud noise that makes it difficult to sleep.

The staff and personnel seemed friendly except for the last morning. The young man seemed to be having a bad day. The area outside was kept clean. Would love to see dog station bags posted or closer by the entrances to make cleaning up easier for all. Didn’t find the dog station until later in my stay. I am VERY pleased that pets are allowed.

The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky and the room had an odor.

The room was comfortable but used soap was in the shower soap dish. Did not have a full set of towels.

The property was very close to the airport which is why we booked but we were not informed that lightning had struck the building and the computer system was down and the door keys were non-functioning. That was not really the problem. The floor felt damp and the carpet smelled like a wet dog. We usually stay at Hampton every time we travel and were very disappointed with this property.

The person at the desk when I checked in was less than friendly. Told me I didn’t have a Hilton honors account by my phone number when indeed I do. Just didn’t have time to look it up. Smoke detector beeped all night.

The location is perfect but the customer service wasn’t

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast area had a large variety of food available. The coffee was just right. The pool was perfect. My husband & I will definitely book this hotel again

Since Covid, I always clean the room with disinfectant wipes before I unpack. This is the dirtiest venue I have stayed in, especially the bathroom. Lots of hair in and around the shower that wasn’t mine. The floor turned my white socks dark.I think hotels should discount the room charge if they are not changing towels, making beds, or cleaning rooms daily...especially this one. I did not have service once in six days.

Room was not even close to ready at 3. There were dozens of people in the lobby sitting on their luggage waiting to check in. Checked back an hour later, still not ready. Was told we would be contacted when ready. Had an event to go to. Had to drive to McDonalds to get ready in the bathroom there. At 7:30 we HAD to get to bed as our flight was at 5:30 the following morning. Finally room was ready (although no one contacted us as we were told). At check out the desk attendant yelled at me because I handed her the room key rather than notice the small key drop box. We were told we had to pay even though we paid through Expedia so I double paid and now have to dispute on my card. The staff just got ruder and ruder each of the four contact experiences. No towels at pool as we were told. Toilet ran all night. This really shouldn’t carry the Hampton name.

Our stay at Hampton Inn Pensacola Airport was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast options before we jetted off to Maine!

Our King room for 4 nights was clean and comfortable. We felt safe walking the area mornings. Breakfast offerings were good for a gluten free meal-pre made omelettes, sausage & oranges. Other choices were cereals, waffles, and pastries. The pool area was clean. We walked to Bonefish Grill for dinner one evening. Other restaurants are a short drive or 20 minute walk. We’ve been to this same hotel twice now. It does not disappoint.

Our bathroom was dirty. Blood splatter on the wall, shower door falling apart, and mold on the ceiling above the shower head.The late night desk lady was super rude and the Asian man working there was really rude as well.

No shuttle was available even though it was advertised. We called from the airport got put on eternal hold. Morning front desk staff seemed condescending.

Nice staff, comfortable and clean room. Can't go wrong staying here

Nice quick stay.

Nice big room with king bed. Good AC. Couch in room for relaxing. Two minor issues. No shampoo in room. Two conditioners. TV went to snow when turned off then on. Had maintenance fix it twice.

Needs major updating particularly in the bathroom. Great location, walkable from airport.

My stay was great!!. I loved the location because it was close to the mall and all the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good .
