Fridge made noises all night long. Pillows were not comfortable at all. I found someone ear ring back on top of bathroom counter so I know no one wiped it down prior to us. Bathroom surround should have been cleaned. Bathroom light needs replaced and wiped clean.

Overall the hotel was cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I did request maintenance visit since the sink had a slow drainage. They never showed up.

The entire stay was great only complaint I have but understanding it was out of their control was the water heater breaking down. Had to take cold showers for most of my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Called the front desk to ask for extra pillows. I expected the head that she couldn’t help me. Because most clerks would not go there extra for guest comfort. She hesitated and I thought here we go. I shouldn’t have forgotten my pillows. Then she said I’ll have sone sent right up for you! And she did!

Updating the floors throughout the hotel and bed rooms along with the bathing/shower areas in the rooms would make it much more presentable and the cleanliness would absolutely show/stand out

This was the most disappointing Hampton ever. Not the normal Hampton standards. The rooms and hall smelled bad. The shower was not very clean.

The hot water went out and was not fixed. Since it was 99 degrees outside and everyone was hot sticky and sweaty it was disappointing to not have a hot or even warm shower.

We have stayed here before and it was always clean. There is an obvious change in cleanliness at this hotel. Our bathroom was not clean at all, nor were the areas around the beds. We pulled out the sofa couch to make into a bed and found dirt and hair and stains on the mattress. We travel frequently to the Pensacola area but will not be staying at this Hampton Inn in the future.

The staff helped us when we left some items in our room. They found them and kept them in the lobby until we could return from one hour out of town. Thank you for finding our grandsons Navy uniforms.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating. Breakfast was very good. VERY Understaffed. Even though they are understaffed and the poor employees were exhausted, they were still willing to help, always friendly and eager to share a smile!

My husband and I have stayed here before. We try to come to Pensacola Beach 3 or 4 times per year. We like this hotel because it’s centrally located and 20 to 25 minutes to the beach. It’s half the price as the hotels directly on the beach, plus it has a free breakfast!

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Our pillows were the size of couch pillows. Def bring pillows and extra blankets and you will be ok.
