This was one of our best hotels we’ve stayed in recently! The friendliness of hotel staff and customer service was excellent! The room was extremely clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer! Everything was above and beyond our expectations!

Only stayed there at night, Was comfy, Housekeeping cleaned the room @ made the bed, Room was clean, Fridge, Microwave, & Safe were provided, It was nice to have the restaurant in the building as well

They took away the Tesla destination chargers to replace with the one customers will have to pay while staying at the hotel👎, we loved to stayed there because of the Tesla destination chargers but will rethink on the next booking 👎

Loved this hotel. Daughter had surgery and they were so helpful & kind. Room was very clean & beds & bedding was so comfortable. Loved the workout room, pool & jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was handy since we had to stay for 10 days. I would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is nice and clean, Breakfast was available in the morning and was sufficient to start your day. Coffee was good and beds were comfortable. Top floor rooms have very high ceilings which gives a grand feeling.

Common areas are clean and nice looking, the rooms are spacious. However, housekeeping left a cleaning rag inside my open suitcase. The mattress was a little lumpy (although they were replacing them the day I checked out). And while everything is clean enough and appears in good condition, it's just not fresh. They do have a great free breakfast and a cute patio. For the money, the value is fair, although they were not able to provide a safety pin (what happened to those sawing kits most hotels give you?) or late checkout when the hotel was clearly not full on a Tuesday.

Pros: Clean, bathroom tile was like new. Not a walk in shower, which is better. The tub was so large. Breakfast was good, and coffee maker in the room. I adked to have room cleaned daily, which was 5 star clean. Location was convenient, to the 405 freeway. Brookhurst was like a main street with lots of restaurants and cheap stores in case you forget something from home. Cons: You need your card for tbe lights, we had a power outage one night and I was asked take card out, put it in, as though I didn't try that before I called. Could not figure out how to turn the air down. It was cold at some times. Waited to check out, and did not get a receipt because I booked through Hotels.com. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We were there for 4 nights for Lunar New year festival. The room was clean and spacious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Kitchen staffs had a special breakfast menu for the Lunar NewYear. I will go back here again. Ok one annoying, local road crew were fixing the road 50 feet from our room

We like the hotel’s proximity to the Asian community, we also feel safer that it’s next door to a police station. The king room we were in was sufficient for a short stay. The continental breakfast was typical with simple choices, but I appreciate the great service from their very friendly staff

Good value, free parking and free breakfast. A few negatives, tap is very low flow which makes face shaving challenging because hair gets trapped inside the blade and not easily removed. Secondly, there is a smell in the rooms that isn't fresh, smells like sulphur or rotten egg smell.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was OK. The stopper in the tub in our room did not work. The shampoo etc. were fixed to the wall too high up if you were taking a bath instead of shower.

I decided to upgrade where I stayed for my visit with family and I’m happy I chose Ayres. Spacious room, comfortable bed, sofa, and luxurious soaking tub. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet, breakfast buffett was above the standard and always had a nice variety. Very nice hotel. Would recommend ans definitely stay here again. Great location as well. Staff very friendly.
