A very pleasant stay for a fare rate.

Location was ideal for work purposes. Also very close to public beach and short drive away to Camana Bay.

A minor issue would be that the rooms would require some updating cosmetically.

Expensive!

Nice to be able to use the facilities at the sister hotel. Pleasant staff and nice grounds

Overpriced. Room was very dark and basic. The amount we paid for a 5 night stay would have paid for a good weeks holiday that included food.

Comfortable and handy.

The room was quiet and all supplies were available as needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens fresh.

Only to help you possibly imporve--the drapes were too short to shut out the light. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom fan was not working. The "dining" chairs were far too low for the table height and the chairs were too large and cumbersome for the size of the room. The fridge door should be changed to open from the right (ie hinges on the should be on the left). This is a simple procedures to change. Fridge has handles on both sides of the door for just sucg a change.

Very nice property and good value for your money

Great Location, staff, spacious accommodation, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen. we rented a studio which was amazing for the two of us. being able to use the Westin beach, loungers and facilities was a huge plus. Sunshine Grill is a must. we had breakfast there every morning and dinner a few nights.

Bathroom faucet could be working a bit better. An in-room safe would have been nice. There was no balcony but plenty of comfortable chairs are provided on the property lawn. you can read, eat, have a drink or just relax.

A great place but the cost is too high.

It’s a great place to stay. The rooms are nicely appointed. The on-site restaurant has a good menu.

The extra costs added to my bill were outrageous considering what had already been charged. Service charges upon service charges.

Perfectly positioned for enjoying a few days on Seven Mile Beach.

Great position; great facilities and the most fantastically helpful staff. Sunshine Grill food and drink was excellent.

very small thing - please put more coffee mate in rooms so 2 people can have 2 cups of coffee in the morning with lots of milk!

Very good.

The staff was very freindly. They offered suggestions and guided us to places nearby. The room was spotless and overall the grounds were nice.

The long walk to the beach, there was no shuttle running. Also, a dedicated transportation service that doesn't charge $30 each way to the airport that is only 2 miles away. Perhaps, invest in a bus or contract a service provider.

A budget way to enjoy the best hotel in the location (next to The Ritz).

As the resort is not on the sea front it was fantastic to be able to use the Westin Hotel and resort all day/eve, which really does have the best (private) beach and entertainment. The staff were very friendly and the grounds landscaped beautifully.

There is no view l, a very small pool mostly for children and generally the rooms needed some TLC as upkeep and maintenance probably not done yearly due to Covid-19.
