Pricy for an efficiency motel room

Sheldon and housekeeping were great. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. Nice view.

Tiny room, not sufficient computer work area, rough old towels and only 2, cheap brick pillows. only one side table so you have to reach over your company to access cell phone, chargers etc . weak shower pressure. Thin ceilings, upstairs guests kept us up till 4am. lots of annoying signs. Pet area was not great and no poop bags refilled. Extremely difficult to watch local channels. No ESPN. another guest’s Amazon account still logged on. depressing lighting for a “boutique” with Don Cesar prices. conditioner dispenser contents look unappealing for something you would put in your hair. just a motel with beach access. certainly not boutique.

the staff was amazing very helpful , fast responding to my needs , they were very welcoming from the staff that checked me in I believe his name was tyrel to the young man who came immediately after I let them know my tv wasn’t working and fixed the problem who name I think was Sheldon ( I could be wrong) who felt like I was talking to a old friend who also gave me a free late check out I really appreciated that it was very clean and comfortable also quiet and relaxing I rented the penthouse it’s spacious with all the amenities to kick back relax and enjoy THANK YOU BAYVIEW WATER RESORTS

what an exceptional surprise! the size, the beautiful natural light, the balconies, the manatees coming up to the dock, the feeling of the penthouse was like stepping back into one of my old lofts, it was so spacious and welcoming

the fact that I had to leave!

We stayed while visiting Eckerd.

The Marina

it was too close to the main road and very exposed. We did not feel safe.

I had an awesome and fantastic time.

It did not include breakfast, I like quite at bed time the bay view was fantastic. The TV did not work for 24 hours due to a short circuit but I will still recommend it because it was super nice.

Extra blankets for the sofa bed. There was no music playing by the pool

Too expensive for what you get

Nice location. Equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet despite its location on busy road.

I expected more: tiny bathroom, the fridge froze everything inside despite setting it low- we had soda cans explode and frozen milk every day. View of the parking lot was not very pleasant. Not really what I call a "resort".

Very scenic, dated room. Not a good value.

the size of the room was good, though dated.

Arrived at 3pm, still had to wait for the room. No staff directly on property. Did not feel very safe.

Overall, a very pleasant surprise! I will be back.

Staff was excellent! Room clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Rooms set up like studio apartments. Full sized Fridge, microwave, overhead fan, sink in kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster, safe, even dishes in cabinets. Cute little touch. Old time pay phone hanging on wall and it works. Nice pool, beach 50 ft away. Outside bar. Happy hour. Great place!!

Next time I would get second floor room. No elevator, but noisy from people above my room. Also, would make sure room was available for entire stay. I actually had to be moved to another room as mine was reserved for my second day.

there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like , Love how kind the staff was ! Especially really appreciated the phone call the night before to just verify our stay ..

Super friendly staff and a comfortable place to stay.

In a good location. Close to a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a bank. Restaurants very close. Good air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Some wear on some things in the bathroom, but nothing too bad.

Very clean. Bay access.

Noisy area. Lots of rules. Small parking area. Towels were auwful.
