Location,bed room was big, little dated, a lot of noise from outside, pillows were awful, toilet paper was scare, but over all was fine, but not execptional

I liked the location of the hotel and the service at the reception as well as the valet parking service I liked the presence of a large Starbucks branch in the hotel lobby
Most of the time people were crowded at the elevator and you had to wait a while to take the elevator. I also didn't like that there was no safety deposit box in my room

Location is fantastic - on the Magnificent Mile, walking distance to everything, easy to get all over the city. Great dining all around as well as a robust grocery store around the corner. Spacious rooms, and the pool and gym are fantastic.

From the moment valet approached us we were treated like royalty. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was beautiful.

Hotel was sufficient however i was charged for something i didn’t use. When i asked for a refund, the agreed and said that they processed it however they did not. Now the hotel is not returning my emails and messages.

room was comfortable, location is perfect for being in the central of the magnificient mile, breakfast buffect was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, valet parking was easy.

the pictures of the room when booking look nothing like the room we stayed in. it advertised a bath tube and huge bathroom and that is not what we had. still a very nice room but more of your typical hotel room

Great location, pretty safe area. Would stay there again.
Weren’t given breakfast vouchers at check-in so minor drama the next morning. Checked out early on the last day 0630 - asked if we could have breakfast in the room instead of restaurant as it didn't open until 7 and told no - shame as we wouldn’t have spent the $40+ each on room service

The Hotel was Amazing but Booking.com was AWFUL! I had a problem with my first room but couldn’t get you guys on the line for hours so, I went to the front desk of the hotel and The extremely Nice night Manager Sam Totally helped me

Location was fantastic. We walked to the Bean, shopping, food all with ease. The pool was awesome, they had a movie night in the pool and provided popcorn and lemonade. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Hotel had lots of explore within itself.
There was a low humming/buzz coming from the TV/wifi/something. It drove me nuts. The guy at checkout said it was their new "mini bar" system that hadn't been fixed yet. The room description said it had a couch, there was no couch but 2 chairs.

It was a nice hotel.
We were bothered at 11pm in a very rude accusing way because their pipes are old and were leaking. I have never had something like this happen. And to be rude as if they’re not bothering us at 11 at night. Ridiculous.
