Mostly ok but not great for older parent needing accessiblilty

Nice facilities (restaurant was good)!

Handicap accessibility in the handicap rooms was terrible. Beds too high. Tubs in bathroom not accessible. It was also very noisy due to location being next to highway.

The new menu is wonderful, compared to the last which had a lot to be desired The staff at this hotel in every arena are wonderful

Disappointing

We asked for a suite—were told there were none available—we loved the room we had a week earlier. Went online—several available! Was told they weren’t yet cleaned. This was at 4pm.

Fabulous staff in Lake Oswego

The staff at the reception desk were fabulous on check in and check out. We loved our room. The breakfast at the Cafe was delicious and priced well. Our Cafe waitperson was also good.

The staff is what makes this hotel one of the best.

Clean, great location, wonderful staff, and yummy food. I would stay there again.

I think the bathtub could use a refinishing or replacing. Quite worn down, the white is almost completely worn off in places. Enough, so I wouldn't recommend a bath. But, I don't take them anyway, so my stay was an A+

Good place. People were very nice.

Clean grounds & inside the hotel.

The room seemed a little old, needed some freshening up. We had a King Suite and the water faucet in the kitchenette had to much water pressure & flowed past the sink, so we had to always clean up the water on the counter.

Nice stay, great rooms, but not a perfect experience

The property was able to accommodate our requests (high floor room with view, 2 queen bed room). The room was clean, no smells and it was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever on the rooms themselves.

Choices for breakfast could have been better and our first night, for whatever reason, one of the elevators was so noticeably stinky! The elevator was cleaned the next day but how did that smell stuck there for the rest of the night? Also, the daily parking fee and the expensive coffee/tea add to the bill. The guy who checked us in at our check-in night seemed so slow, we waited longer than what could be deemed usual or acceptable for our check-in process to be completed.

the parking lot isn’t done well and left my car hurting from pit holes and big dips in the curbs.

Clean & easy access from highway

Location is good. It's near restaurants and near the highway. Grounds are clean and the neighborhood feels fairly kept up and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room size felt cramped. Might be the furniture or the angle of the room but it felt crowded with 2 people and the furniture and suitcases. Standard room size here feels smaller than standard. Room was clean.

Thé Staff were professional yet friendly and so helpful. The location was excellent. We could walk around for 2 blocks on sidewalks and amid tall trees. There were some restaurants within walking distance. The facility was accommodating (I am in a wheelchair), spacious and well laid out🎶

Lovely other than the pool and hot tub.

I enjoyed the decor in the lobby. I also liked the bar, elevator and work out room albeit small. The room was clean but nothing to write home about.

I was dissatisfied with the pool area. It was freezing cold and advertised as an indoor + outdoor pool which I assumed meant their were two. There was only one that was half inside half outside. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. It was shallow, Luke warm and had dead skin/pubic like hairs floating in it. Super disappointed as it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was big.

No lights in the parking lot if you’re walking off the property to some of the area restaurants or stores. That was scary.

It was quite pleasant.

the employees were exceptionally nice especially Tatum at the front desk. She handled our check in and was always welcoming when we came by the front desk on our way in and out of the hotel.

first morning the garbage people were at the hotel around 5AM the noise woke up my wife.

Great spot for an out of town get a way.

It was a good vibe and swanky decor, very open feel to the hotel, we liked that. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Room was adequate, comfortable and clean. The people who work there seem very busy and could use a few extra team members. You may lose good hard working people if you burn them out. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind and friendly. We'd come back and stay again. Would be fun if you had a family gathering and all stayed there.

Would skip the breakfast voucher next time we stay. Pool could've been a few degrees warmer.
