I like the location and the staff was friendly. As well as the bed was clean and comfy. AC worked amazing in the room.

I didn't like the fact the shower /tub wasn't clean very well. As well as the coffee in the room wasn't very good , needed more creamer.

I will never book with Marriott again. a reservation is meaningless.

When we arrived after 15 hours on the road, we were told that our room was not available. We were offered either a king bed substitute (which we did not want, having booked the room precisely because it was double Queen) or a free cancellation. when I complained I was told I was being rude and was glared at by the clerk. I chose the free cancellation. I have yet to receive the promised email confirming my cancellation.

over priced in my opinion for the quality of the facility. breakfast was so sparse. disappointed.

location was good right off the interstate and many restaurants and stores nearby

I’m glad it was only one night - passing through.

Breakfast was okay. Beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean.

Hotel is under renovation, which is a huge deterrent. We had booked a king room and got two doubles.

Cleaner entry way, too much construction debris. Ceiling in room 206 needs to be painted. Too many water stains.

this property didn’t have cable nor a microwave in the room, you would have to walk n the lobby to warm your food up..they have a Starbucks in the hotel as well but it was close for whatever reason..

Just the location

We rent a king size with sofa bed and they said didn't any, only queens so they give us 2 queens. Than I asked for highest level they gave us 2nd floor. When we got to our room I called the receptionist to confirm check out was at noon just like booking.com had it when I booked and she said yes. At 1050am the housekeeping with an attitude told us that check out was at 11 and we need it to leave or paid for late check out. We got ready fast (we have 1 baby and 2 toddlers) and went to do a check out, i explain the person in charge there how we were told check out was at noon and (with a horrible attitude) she said they changed 2 weeks ago and they informed us wrong. We had a horrible experience there.

Pleasant

The room was very clean. Location was also amazing. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The pillows smelled AWFUL, like sweat and body odor. It was so hard to sleep because of it. You guys need to wash the pillows too. The customer service at the front desk wasn’t the best. More times than one, I’ve had to wait at the front for a while because no one was there. Not even a bell or anything to indicate that someone is needed at the desk. I had an issue with overcharges, and the girl I talked to was extremely rude about it and acted like I was in the wrong when I asked a simple question POLITELY.
