Great location and friendly staff made it a great stay.

Ease in checkin and friendly staff

One of the keys didn’t work and missing bedding for sleep sofa. There is something wrong with the breakfast juice, perhaps not mixing appropriate portions of juice to water, but it’s free so this is not a real issue.

Location

I am normally not one to complain, I take things for what they are and go with the flow. However, the suite that I stayed in was awful. Their soap scum/mold on the shower head, it was literally green. The water itself smelled musty. There was hair in the shower. The coffee area in the suite was left a mess. The pull out couch had crumbs in it, and on top of that we were given two top sheets so we couldn’t even make the bed properly. There were stains on the couch and the sink didn’t drain properly. We spent a decent chunk of money on this room for it to not be anywhere near what was okay. We brought our concerns to the front and were offered no help or accommodations. We had to unfortunately stay in the room because we were going to the Steelers game the next day and everything in the area was sold out.

Disappointing

Towels and sheets were threadbare, not what I expect from a Marriot property. The mattress pad on the pull-out sofa bed was stained. The room had a bad odor when we arrived, and I had to ask for disinfectant spray to rid the room of the smell. The pillows were disgusting and the mattresses not very comfortable.

Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely come again.

Wonderful

Big room, king size bed, breakfast good. Clean!

Coffee pot was broke but they had coffee ready at 530am King size bed was okay as far as comfy feeling. Over all a 8-9 as Marriot should be better and usually is exceptional.

Met the need but at too high a cost.

All staff members we encountered were pleasant and tried to be helpful.

The room smelled 'off'; not quite clean. The door key had to be rekeyed 2x and although it worked on the third try it did so by jiggling and re-inserting the key several times. The coffee area was not restocked. At breakfast, there was no regular coffee available. The cost of well over $200 per night was way out of proportion to the value of the stay.

Usually a great place but was a bit disappointing this trip.

Free breakfast is nice and location was good. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. check in was quick and easy as was check out.

no cleaning service to the room in a 4 day stay until I called twice to get someone in the room to empty trash and provide new towels on day 3. The room was never fully cleaned during the stay. There was also a large from of Harley enthusiasts staying there who blocked the main entry with people smoking and bikes which made it less than pleasant for other guests who had to walk around the crowd to come in and out and also inhale smoke each time. Also the pool was not available the entire stay.

It was ok

I like the location of the hotel and all its amenities. They have such a nice little back patio I wish they had a small fire pit.

For booking a king suite, it is small and I think its a little over priced. Our TV did not work and we had no hot water in the shower
