Location to PNC Park & other North Shore venues
Breakfast area was very spacious & the outdoor patio was nice. We went to 2 Pirates games, so we primarily used the hotel for sleep & showers.

The location was great, right down the street from the concert venue.
Room was dirty, handprints all over the bathroom door inside and out, handprints and streaks down closet door mirror, streaks of who knows what on the shower door that was also missing the handle. Furniture was beat up pretty bad and there was grime built up on the handles to the drawers. Room was missing most of the linens for the pull out bed. I expected more from a Hyatt hotel.
