This hotel met our needs and was generally pleasant.
Location was excellent for our purposes. Close to the river walk, stadiums, restaurants. Breakfast was good, staff was great.
Room had some areas that hadn’t been cleaned (back of toilet) that make you wonder what else is skipped over.

Great place and location. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay there again.
Breakfast was about average for hotels but was good and filling. The location is excellent especially if you like museums !!

First impressions were not the best but overall met my expectations as far as comfort and location.
Location was amazing to the Benedum Center. Beautiful walk by the water and over the bridge. Felt safe for being in the city.
The lady when we checked in was not very friendly or informative. I had to ask about where to park and where the elevators were. She didn’t give us any information about the breakfast. The hallway also smelled of pot. Even my 8 year old daughter noticed. When they make a comment “I thought this was smoke free?”, not usually a good sign.

Never again
It was close to my venue
If you checked out early they would bot refund the difference. They charged you for nights you did not stay and then will get double for the room because they open it up for someone else to book so essentially they are getting paid twice for the same room.

Average
Room size was good. Staffs were nice and friendly.
Breakfast was very average, did not meet the standards of 'Hyatt Place'. A suite did not have a microwave.
