Modern, clean, beautiful in design
Location. Close to Upitt. Walk to many streets.
Friendly staff , esp the 24 hours availability.
Very quiet in general. You got quality sleep.
Facilities in room are of high quality.
Basically none.
If I has to pick one, breakfast could be better. Some of the stuff tastes are a bit off to me.

Room was clean, organized and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate an early check in without issue and location was excellent. Walking distance to university of pittsburgh.
Bathroom drain was slow and didn't drain completely after shower and bathroom light flickered off and on when in use.

The room was very spacious. We appreciated the kitchenette with big fridge.
Breakfast which was included in our rate was filling.
My wife enjoyed usung the small gym.
Staff were pleasant and professionally trained.
It was expensive for a 2-night stay. And became more expensive when they added the daily parking fee which we weren't informed of in advance.
While breakfast was diverse, it was mainly high on carbohydrates, including the make-your-own waffles. Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers would be a nice improvement.
The indoor swimming pool was very small, more like something used for aqua therapy.

That we had to pay for parking as an additional fee and the gym was dirty and had a leak in the ceiling
