the rooms are massive and the location very convenient and in a gorgeous building with great views from the sky-lobby (25th floor) and the kitchen staff are exceptional people

the ac only went down to 20C so we were sweating all night

Overcharged & Can’t Get Mgmt Call Back

Location.

Was overcharged $70 for valet service which I did not request or utilize. Parked in the parking garage. Called twice to speak to someone about the charge. Spoke to the front desk both times. First time I was transferred to the person in charge of billing where I left a voicemail. Second time I was transferred but the transfer wouldn’t go thru so I left my callback number and never received a call back.

All in all a great hotel experience in Pittsburgh, would recommend any day!

Great place with spacious rooms and friendly staff

Breakfast was great the chefs made delicious omelettes with a variety of fillings. The staff in the dining room and those doing room service were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great and close to shops like Burlington which is great for those who like buying clothing with great discounts.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Happy hour oli kiva lisä. Arkiaamuisin aamiaisella hyvin tilaa eikä munakkaan tilaamisessa mennyt paljon aikaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ymmärtäväistä. Hissit kulkivat sujuvasti.

Hotellin tilat vaativat kauttaaltaan perussiivouksen. Huoneen nurkkia ei ole siivottu pitkään aikaan. Yleisilme on jo vähän ikääntynyt. Pulut istuivat ikkunalaudalla, mikä ei nyt ollut kovin miellyttävää. Hotellin ympäristössä paljon kodittomia.

Perfect location for a romantic getaway

Checked in and was told they upgraded my room to a better room and view. Perfect location for walking the city. Parking in the garage next door made for easy access. Great morning breakfast and staff was wonderfully helpful.

Only minuscule issue we had was the toilet in our room. Had to jiggle the handle or it would continue to run.

Not bad but not the best

Close to PPG Arena. Made to order omlette at breakfast was good. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Faucet in kitchenette didn't work. Shower handle was not working properly. Breakfast food in chafing dishes was lukewarm at best. Even though their website said they do, they DO NOT validate parking at Oliver St parking garage. Charge is $30/day. The front desk is located on the 25th floor. Their digital key did not work for us.

Perfect + central location for Steelers game and sight seeing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary hot breakf

No valet. Upon arrival, there was no valet apparently obvious out front. Would’ve been nice to have so we wouldn’t have had to carry our bags from the parking garage.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very nice and professional.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the guy making the omelets was very nice and helpful. I got to breakfast almost late and the guy made sure my daughter and I got something to eat, I would rate his service a 10/10. The room was clean very as well.

There was no complementary parking and I had to pay extra for that.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

The room was outta site! The food was delicious. And all the staff members were very helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again!

Very good

The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself was nice and stylish.

There is an additional fee of $75.00 per night for possible damages that our party was not aware of as it doesn't state it anywhere until you go to check in. This was an additional $600 or so fee for 2 rooms for 3 nights each. Please state this somewhere prior to check in.

Won’t do it again

Not much. I thought the experience would be like the one in Costa Mesa California that I’m used to. It was not.

The staff was Kurt. There were 2 people that weee acttwarm and welcoming. That is the main valet and the black man making the omelets. The woman with the multi colored face was just shouting orders and it was disturbing to be around that. The bathroom sick was plugged up as well. That was unpleasant.

The food was great

The fact that after checkout I was charged $2,000 more than I was informed. And my friends card on file is now 1800.00 short and nobody at this location can seem to tell me why. I contacted customer service and they're just as confused
