We liked the laundromat. We also liked the conference table in our room. We liked the generous happy hour. The garden view on the rooftop was very nice. We liked the reuse of an old bank building to make it into a hotel and keeping the historical details. One staff in particular, Bonita, was very friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom did not have a fan.

Breakfast included plus all the extras. Particularly, the service at breakfast. Area very clean and manager very responsible and nice.
Room service wasn’t provided thoroughly one of the days.

The bedroom has a good space, good bathroom and is clean
My mattress was too soft. I’m not sure whether it needs to be replaced, but I didn’t find it comfortable. Another problem was the noise early in the morning. The rooms have very heavy doors, and every time someone in one of the rooms near mine left, the door would slam shut, making a huge noise. It was so loud that even the walls in my room would shake. Another point of attention is the parking if you go by car. The valet parking price is $40 per night and $20 for the self parking. The problem is the parking lot is far from hotel so I choose the valet that cost me $40 a day.
