The location is excellent, right in old town of Pittsburgh. There are several restaurants in the hotel. 12 elevators in total.
It was super busy when we stayed at hotel, wedding, hockey teams, a bit chaos.

The lobby is classically beautiful. The staff friendly and professional. The cafe is convenient for a coffee to go. Great location. Parking across the street. Speakeasy is great.
The rooms need a refresh. The chairs in our room were stained and the carpet was old and needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Staff was friendly.
Parking for guests is $60.00 per day. This is ridiculous, especially when you are already spending a lot of money for the rooms. Definitely will not be back because of the price of the valet service.
