It tried to elevate itself with finishings and it was easy to get to various events from the property.
The room was never cleaned and when we asked for fresh towels, we got one bath towel and one hand towel for three people.

Good central location in historic area
Too many "street people" gave the area an unsafe atmosphere...parking was difficult and the valet service provided by the hotel was expensive compared to self-parking options.

We didn’t have breakfast.
Bed was comfortable.
Shower was good.
Room was very dark. One tiny dirty window. Dark walls, dark counters, no light.
Hair on floor.
Small lobby, not what we expect from a downtown, Marriott property
