Had a problem checking in because nobody was there but finally got checked in and the manager made it right the next day

Curtains OFF rail & NO sheer curtain at all, but has a a curtain rail for it.

Location was great, right across Moonstone beach.
Lack of customer service and safety. We experienced a gas leak in our room, and there was a lack of urgency and acknowledgement of the dangerous experience. We had to proactively ask for another room, move all our belongings, and ask for a discount for the night even after they confirmed there indeed is a gas leak that caused us headache and dizziness. The whole process took 2 hours, which caused me to miss dinner reservations and impacted my health. No one from management contacted me nor addressed it when I checked out. There didn't seem to be any care of what the gas leak could have led to if we didn't notice it in time.

There is no option for breakfast. The reception person was certainly not going to go out of his way to make our stay more comfortable.

The view from the upstairs ocean view room is beautiful. (downstairs ocean view room gets blocked by car’s parking on the street)
It’s old, dirty and outdated. There was mold in bathroom. Filthy ceiling fan. Dirty bed skirt, cobwebs etc… the place is in desperate need of updating.

Nice and friendly staff, good location, nice outdoor firepits and spas, right across the street from the beach.
Room wasn't as clean as we expected, shower was broken and water came out like a trickle, there wasn't good airflow in the room and it became quite stuffy, also we saw two roaches in the room.

After a long day exploring nearby towns and Moonstone Beach, the spa tub inside the room helped us completely relax and end the day. The bed was so comfy. Even though we only had a partial view of the ocean, it was still beautiful. We were able to view the sunset from our room. You get your own little patio in front of the room too so we were able to take a moment to sit outdoors and view the stars while listening to the ocean. I wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately it was just a quick weekend getaway for us.

I wasn't sure how to use the app to order breakfast last time. It was much easier when there was just a piece of paper.

my mother and I loved that it was close to the ocean and there were nice walking paths close by. It was nice and quite most of the time.
