Disappointing

Location is nice as it is close to ISU.

Toliet broken. Beds not comfortable - mattress was awful.

was the perfect location for graduation weekend

staff was great and loved the coffee maker in the lobby and fruit always available

could use some updating and sidewalk repairs in the back

Disappointed

Location was ok

Hotel was run down. Paint peeling in the bathroom, the staff was super rude. None of them greeted us or anything when we entered the lobby. They were unapproachable.

We went out for breakfast.

Long wait time for check in. No other clerk to help. A $10 fee was added to our bill for no reason. This is not acceptable. We will not return because of this.

loved the location, very convenient to Iowa State campus but they need to work on safety issues

easy to find

two of the exit doors did not work correctly vending machine did not work alarm system going off at midnight for a little over an hour unhelpful staff for communication extremely hot in swimming area and extra strong chlorine disappearing staff at the desk

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Great location. Breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff. Enjoyable stay.

Bathroom was a bit too small and not real accommodating for older folks.

Ready to leave after one night’s stay

Able to check in early, was quick, easy and staff was polite and efficient.

Not the cleanest, bed and sheets not soft or comfortable, had to report kids between midnight & 2am being extremely loud and out of control with no apparent supervision. Tried calling front desk but phone was busy. Noise did not stop for quite awhile. Could also hear anyone moving around on next floor up.

Unpleasant start, facilities and location good, initial service lacking.

We liked the location and the quality of the facilities.

The receptionist seemed poorly trained and seemed more concerned about avoiding contact with her supervisors than with listening to our requests. May have been having a bad day but went out of their way to avoid explaining why they could not help us.

room needs a good deep clean

location was great. most of the front desk staff were very nice. workout room was nice

cob webs around the entire perimeter of the room. Had to kill multiple spiders in the room. Toilet was loose and wobbly. Shower had terrible pressure. walls were dirty. We stayed for 4 days and not once were we offered the basics to replenish our room (clean towels…tp…Kleenex…) had to call and ask for tp when we ran out. found belongings from the people that stayed in the room before us (a watch and large ice pack). freezer was completely frozen over and unusable. Insane amount of weeds outside the building
