piece of heaven

Beautiful place. looks better than pictures. quiet and peaceful. view is to die for. Cottages are equipped with everything you need. Bonus coffee and scones in charming cart on the green patio every morning. Plenty of kayaks. Owner and staff super friendly. Perfect for family. Super clean and has the Keyes charm in all décor. very green and clean grounds throughout. many spots to sit and relax. Fishing is great too ,they even have chairs on dock.5 stars for sure!!

Place was wonderful. All the staff were amazing. Great little breakfast van for home made treats. We all loved it!

nothing we did not like, but as a bonus a small shop to grab basics would be handy, Not a reason not to stay as all delivery apps work perfectly and deliver on site.

The room is large enough for twp persons. The location is perfect to see sunset. Plus thing is to serve the scones made by Hotel in the morning, it is very fresh.

This location was amazing. The staff was super nice and the grounds are so well maintained. The room smelled and felt super clean when we walked in. The location and views are both excellent. I highly recommend!

Will be staying again

Check in was easy, the location and grounds were beautiful, the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely be staying here again.

The entrance is hard to see if you don't know what you're looking for. The rooms could benefit from some blacked-out curtains.

The property is good if you truly just want to sit and worship the sun.

The property was well maintained and beautiful. The room was clean.

For the price, the room was too small, and there were really no amenities except the free scones and coffee in the morning, sunbathing on the pool deck or ocean dock, and the free use the kayaks. The immediate area did not really have nightlife or other attractions other than water sports, or maybe we did not know where to go to find more interesting things.

amazing!

we drove around southern Florida for our honeymoon and this was by far our favorite stay! great room, the resort is gorgeous. the staff is great! loved everything about it.

we would probably choose a bigger room, the queen small is small.

we loved it so much we added two extra days to our stay!!

Small property with 22 units. Beautiful water views and access. Multiple gathering areas for two or ten. our unit was recently remodeled, spotless and beautiful!

would have enjoyed a few more activities, ie. cornhole or badminton set-up

Totally recommend

We loved Renee’s scones. Reception staff were fantastic. Jonathan’s care and welcome on a late arrival meant we were reassured when we arrived after a long drive from the airport in the dark and torrential rain. Brilliant stay all round. Fantastic location with private beach and kayaks to get out on the water. Ballyhoos restaurant nearby is fab

Excellent little bit of paradise

Loved the scones and coffee/tea for breakfast. Great selection changing every day. The grounds were extremely well kept and the pool well maintained. We only used the on-site kayaks once due to windy conditions but was great fun to paddle in the bay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful although just off I1. Plenty of food options nearby

Pleasant surprise

I need a quiet room with no surrounding noise to sleep as I'm alight sleeper. We were booked into a room in the middle of the property, fairly close to US Hwy 1. With that concern expressed, the woman at reception, walked us to the room to make sure it was quiet inside, and it was. Although the room was small, we were only staying one night. The location made up for the small room, as the property is directly on the gulf. There were plenty of chairs and lounges as well as a pier to walk out over the water. The property faces the west, so we had seats for a beautiful sunset! We sat at the water, had snacks, a glass of wine and chatted with other guests. They have their own scone truck with wonderfully homemade soft scones by the owner, Peg. She said she has 75 different recipes that she makes throughout the year, all with real fruit. Renee at the truck serves up the scones, coffee and teas. The breakfast was a nice change from the day old bagels you get at some places or the ziplock baggie 'breakfast' offered at our next stop. I kept raving about the foliage around the property. I loved it there (and I'm one not to offer much praise typically). We will be back for a longer stay.

Fantastic stay in beautiful resort Great room, clean and comfortable Wonderful really well maintained grounds Private beach and harbour Tranquil, peaceful place Wonderful breakfast from cute cabin with homemade scones to die for Lovely staff / owner, so friendly and welcoming Great value for money Would highly recommend without hesitation and we will hope to be back one day!

Excellent!

What’s not to love! Bay Harbor was right on the water with a covered deck to enjoy. We enjoyed homemade scones and fresh coffee every morning. There was kayaks and a dock to enjoy the water and the Adirondack chairs were so easy to relax in. The pool was clean and the property had beautiful plants and trees throughout. We initially had an issue when we booked but the owners made it more than right and we were so appreciative of this. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some tranquility along with great service!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room, the view, it was the perfect honeymoon!
