Disappointing and a good expensive drive and stay to sit in the room

Staff room everything but false advertising of the pool

The whole reason we booked was for a couple of days at the pool. The website said it would be ready by our visit. The day we got there it wasn’t ready and they said it would be the next and it wasn’t . Spending a trip in a room with 3 kids was not what we paid for .

We will be staying in a different hotel our next trip to Mesquite.

Location

Several big crickets & grasshoppers in the 1st room. The following day we changed rooms but the TV didn’t work in that room. Told by desk clerk she would like to make a price adjustment but couldn’t because we booked through Booking.com instead of the hotel directly.

Overall, It was clean, quiet, easy place to stay!

The staff was very friendly and check in was simple and straightforward. The room was nice and clean, and well-maintained for the most part. Overall, It was a nice place to stay!

It seems like there are a few things that could use a little upkeep. There was some wall paper and décor that was pealing off the wall, and the pool was down under construction.

This place has gone from a 5/5 to never again

Its close to work when I travel to the area once a month.

I stay at this resort every month. It is usually top notch, but I have noticed a sharp decline over the last couple of months. This last stay was awful. The room was filthy. There was a used coffee pod and dirty tissue on the bathroom sink. The sheets and pillows were dirty and had obviously not been changed. The toilet had also not been cleaned. The staff were very indifferent about the problem when the customer service is normally outstanding. They did not have another room to put us in, so offered to send the maid to clean. We were not allowed to be in the room during the cleaning (after a long drive from another state). When we came back, the top sheet looked like it had tire tracks on it! We asked that Omar, the facility manager, contact us when he came on shift. He is usually wonderful and always addresses any problems we have promptly. He did not contact us at all during our stay or after. We will not be using this hotel again. What was once my home away from home for business travel, is sadly no more.

Very good

Pretty and updated. Comfy bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Employee came up to help me with the TV cause I was too dumb to figure it out. Love the pool and hot tubs. Surroundings were so pretty

The location was perfect. Hotel clean enough.

We got in very late due to a flight delay. When we finally went to crawl into bed at 3 a.m., there was a mattress pad and a top sheet over the pad on both beds. For $250 a night, I was expecting the beds to actually have sheets on them. Tried contacting the front desk and housekeeping, but there was no answer to either line. Fortunately, my husband found 2 very thin blankets in a drawer. No sheets, though. I really dislike leaving bad reviews l, but this was ridiculous.

My go to hotel when traveling for work.

The staff is always amazingly friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable.

The property is showing some wear and tear. Maintenance needed in most of the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. The fixtures need fixed or replaced in the showers in most of the rooms we have stayed in.

Location. Staff was very accommodating.

Rooms were too dark and not enough lighting. With the space, they could throw in a couch or something.

location is great / love the fact that the casino is separate from the resort

rooms were too plain and pillows uncomfortable. Room price very high for the quality offered. a deluxe king suite should be a little more luxurious

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the room.

The floor in the bathroom was very slick. My husband almost fell getting out of the shower. Walking across the floor in my barefoot made me realize how dirty it was. Floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was very gritty.

Never again! The price was outrageous for the accommodations provided!

The staff was amazing

The room had stains all over the carpet. was not maintained. The sheets were stiff and felt like through away pillow cases & sheet. Body soap & shampoo not good gave us a rash all over our body. The food at the cafe was terrible.
