Very clean, great staff and fully stoked kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, the staff was amazing, it was very way to find and they had exactly what I wanted.

The laundry was not available but that honestly wasn’t awful because the building was under construction so no one had any control over it.

Room was great; breakfast was just "adequate" except I . LOVED all the extras available for the oatmeal/cereal. Loved having mini-room service on a daily basis

The frig in the room was VERY small; Danishes were stale/dry

Over priced.

Location was across the street from my Grandmother's assisted living facility.

The value was not good. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that have cost less.

Pleasant

Room large, quiet & clean. Bed comfortable. Nice that were given dog treats. Good variety at breakfast.

Garbage on floor in hallway was reported to front desk but was still there the next day. Only 1 bath towel. Very disappointed the hot tub, pool closed. Cleaning staff were using luggage cart at time of checkout.

Great hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast suited many different tastes. The bar and friendliness of the bartender was a cool surprise at the end of a long day. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable!

The hot tub was closed for maintenance one day and there seemed to be no towels available for people swimming.

My son put his hand in a huge mess of white creamy slimy stuff on the bed. Wasn't sure if it was lotion or sperm. Didn't seem it got cleaned. I made him wash his hands. So gross

Superb

The hotel was clean and inviting when you first walked in. The rooms are comfortable.

The only thing I would change is the hours of the pool. I wish it stayed open a little later.

Good hotel, but not for light sleepers!

This hotel is in a great location with extremely helpful staff. The rooms are nice with updated bathrooms and carpets. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was plentiful. Good breakfast choices for those who like eggs, sausage, and bacon. Fitness center was ok, there are only 2 treadmills which can be difficult if there are many people working out.

This is not a good hotel for light sleepers. We had a room with an adjoining door, and our neighbor kept us up coughing all night. The floors and ceilings are also thin, with heavy walkers waking you up. You can also hear much of what is going on in the rooms from the hallways. We also had an ant problem in our room. The staff was very helpful in moving us to another room because of the issues stated above.

Room not ready at told check in time. Coming in from out of town to go to wedding... had to use another relative already staying there to get ready at same time they are trying to get ready. 6 people 1 bathroom...reservation was verified 2 times.Paid alot for 6 room reservations for wedding attending relatives.

Comfortable, pleasant, good location close to stores and restaurants

East check in, clean comfortable room.

Getting a room by the stairs, no free drink tickets like I got the month before.
