the front desk person was not there, after waiting 2 hours I had to book another hotel, and still you are charging me ???? This is unacceptable, you are stealing from people and I want my money back since I coud not stay there.

Go to red roof inn

Nothing went to red roof inn

That I booked a room got confirmation # but wouldn't come up on your computer so after sitting there a hour went to red roof inn and even though late at night by now they made it happen and was very pleased with the room extended stay is the only place I've ever had a problem threw booking

Easy to find

Homeless camping on road entrance. Pot smell in elevator. FILTHY room and bathroom. Loud music & running around late... for $95.

The room had bed bugs biting on one of my children when I asked them too put in an order they said they would but never did an order I stayed in that while my kids getting bitten thinking they were going to do something but instead they told me and my children that we couldn't no longer stay there just because I mentioned something about bed bugs

Did not stay office was locked and they would not answer the phone big let down I traveling to a funeral called 2 days later the guy who answered the phone said DO YOU WANT ME TO CRY YOU A RIVER! I will never stay at this location

I will not be back nor would I recommend this hotel.

When I arrived in the room, there was no connection for the tv and a maintenance man did come up and fix the tv

The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was dirty.The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were old and smelled. The bathroom sink did not drain very well. The catwalk outside the rooms was dirty and there was garbage sitting outside many rooms. People were loitering outside their rooms and it didn't feel safe.

Our stay at the hotel was not good.

The young lady behind the desk in the mornings was excellent.

the carpet was not well cleaned, telephone and desk were sticky, not cleaned, bathroom sink filled with hair, bathroom countertop not clean. bathroom mirror not cleaned, toilet bowl not cleaned, refrigerator door dirty, cooking surface dirty, microwave filthy on the inside, one chest of drawers was broken. Is that enough?

the worst place I have ever stayed. I checked out this morning and checked in somewhere else. they overcharged me and i

the outside trash cans were close. I was able to park right in front of my room. I will never stay there again or recommend it to someone else.

I couldn’t get wifi or internet which was promised, the microwave didn’t work as it should, the kitchen outlet didn’t work and the tv didn’t work for a day and a night until someone came in and figured it out. I changed my own sheets. I was accused of trying to sneak my dog in by the manager. I never did any such thing.

Disappointing

I was able to cook for my family and sit back and relax

I booked my room days in advance. Apon check in i was told they had sold out of what i booked. I had to go to Walmart and purchase my kida air mattress.

Stay away if your looking for a clean room.

Facility from the outside looked like a regular Extended Stay like I have styed in the past for business travel. I paid extra for an upgrade King Bed and when I checked in they said this option was not available. When we arrived at the room that was given to us, the smell of smoke and humidity was horrendous ! Then the Smoke detector would beep every 30 seconds, the toilet in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We then went to the check in counter to ask for another room because of these conditions and we were told that they had rooms available but they were dirty and had no one to clean them.

Room was not clean and smelled of smoke and humidity.

The staff was extremely helpful even loaned us pots and pans with dishes so we could enjoy a home cooked meal 😋

The bathroom is cramped. The door is really close to the toilet and shower.

Not happy 😒

Only liked the price. If I would have read the reviews , like my eldest son advised, I would not have let my family stay there. It seemed like the residents/ guests there were tenants of the shady nature. There were pests, raggedy tvs, and they ran out of towels/ linen. Need I say more.

See above also. The whole property is overhung with oak trees. The property is not well kept. Leaves everywhere, and yes on clean cars. Staff acted as if the problems were normal. Won't stay there again.
