Totally disappointing experience.

Dear Booking.com , This is my second experience with the bookings that I don't get the accommodation in property which I have booked . After I reached the hotel they made some story of water flooding and put me in a place which cannot be named as a hotel at all . The room was with no basic amenities , very poor in maintenance , stinking linens , AC with no controls , it can only be called as an airconditioned space nothing more than that . I look forward for a decent reply and action from booking.com . Or else the entire amount and the cost for pain and suffering the be reimbursed for having landed in this situation , considering the outstanding relation with booking.com . I am looking forward for my up coming stay booked through you at Amsterdam in a decent way . Regards Nair.

First a catastrofi, then acceptable room but the bathroom stayed like a refrigerator

Breakfast was not very good and not full of everything. And it was in another building

room was at first like a refrigerator., maybe +15 C Later we goot a heater which was connected into mains in a dangerous way. But when it was on, step by sted the room reached an acceptable level in temperature.

They said room is not available and we are forced to stay another very poor condition hotel

the booking was done on 20/10/23 and received confirmation and we called the property on 1/11/23 to reconfirm and they confirmed again, when we reached the hotel at the mid night they are saying we do not have the room though while doing booking we mentioned the arrival time also. We were completely Shaked in the midnight where to find another hotel for stay. It is absolutely not acceptable, because of this instance we are very much doubtful to further doing hotel booking with Booking.com where these kinds of facilities also available, who has not bothered about the guest at all.

Just an OK place on a budget nearby Delhi Airport

The location is very close to Delhi Airport and it is good for a transit stop.

The general upkeep of the room in general, while there is room service, but do not allow outside food through Swiggy/Zomato. Restaurant is a building away and through the night there was loud music from a nearby bar.

I will not recommend anyone this property. Also, booking.com should take action about this.

I and my wife liked nothing. It is a very bad property.

The room was not clean, the bed sheet and the blanket were full of spots and dirty marks. Also, they forced us to take food from the hotel restaurant (which is very very bad) as they do not allow outside food.

Exceptional

I booked this hotel for a day with my family. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was spacious. Facilities were fantastic and it felt luxurious during the stay. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to Delhi airport.

The room was spacious clean and well appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable the food was delicious. The location was handy being only a short drive from the Airport.

The staff behaviour. We were asked to pay for the day charges everyday. Usually the final bill amount is settled at the end of the stay when we check out. Also, when I asked if the food bill needs to be cleared, they said we can clear it at the time of checkout and then 2 mins later, they said it needs to be cleared the same day. The pricing of the rooms are very different between the website (Booking.com) and when we pay at the hotel. The difference was more than double. This should not be the case I think and the pricing should be much more reasonable.

Good for one night stay.

Breakfast is arranged at a neighbouring hotel. It's pretty basic and ordinary tasting.

Typical crowded street side hotel like in Paharganj area. Traffic noise and lack of good restaurant options in the neighbourhood for dinner etc.
