มี shutter bus ส่งสนามบิน โรมแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลสถานีรถไฟ keisei narita มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบตามมาตรฐานทั่วไป เช็คอินด้วยเครื่องด้วยตัวเองสะดวก แต่ถ้ามาเป็นกลุ่มใช้เวลานานหน่อย มีพนักงานคอยช่วยเหลือดี

ไม่สามารถปรับ mode ได้เอง ไปช่วงฤดูใบไม้ผลิอากาศค่อนข้างเปลี่ยนแปลง 18-20 องศา แต่ระบบแอร์ของโรงแรม หากระบบตั้ง heater ไว้ ก็ต้องใช้ไปแบบนั้น… ซึ่งอบอ้าวมาก เลยต้องปิดแอร์ฮีทเตอร์และเปิดหน้าต่างแทน ถ้าห้องไหนลมเข้าดีก็ช่วยได้เยอะ บางห้องลมไม่ค่อยเข้าเพราะมีหน้าต่างบานเดียว

Greatest disappointment of all our hotels

Location

Not foreigner friendly. English skills horrible. Check-In confusing. Room was dirty - even laundry from the person before was still there. No tattoos allowed in the lnsen - but no information about it beforehand - sorry but this is unacceptable without notice. TV is annoying. No instructions on how to use the air cleaner. No USB, neither for an adapter with the three inputs - nor did the staff have an adapter for it. Free advertised airport shuttle only rund 7 times a day (5 in the morning) only two after 12 o'clock.

This is our 3rd stay in this APA. Will stay again if our departure is from NRT in the morning.

Free shuttle service to the airport which was earlier in the morning and punctual. Love the location which was literally next to the station and within minutes of the quaint Narita shopping street and bus stop to AEON Mall.

Room was a little tight but we managed. It was comfortable enough for one night stay.

海外出張の帰りで、成田空港からも近くて非常に便利でした大、浴場もあり長旅の疲れも取れて熟睡も出来ましたそれと朝食もバッチリでしたよ、おすすめですね

Average stay in Narita town! Staff is nice.

Nice they have an airport though it only runs once an hr. low frequency compared to other airport hotels. The onsens (baths) are very nice! Walking distance to Omotesando shops and restaurants.

While convenient next to Keisei Train Station, it is rather noisy when trains come & go. If You’re a light sleeper, beware!! Trains run from 5am-midnight.

Very close to the last station before Narita airport.

They have set up a completely "automatised" check in which is really bulky (badly programmed obviously) with a strongly dishumanised effect.

Awesome value and great location.

Very quick check in; delicious breakfast for an additional fee; very close to the station.

The facilities the spacious room, the vending machine each level.

Is very dusty, it ends up giving me sore throat because I have allergy with dust. There are no smoking area available. There are not even 1 person can speak english. The room not really clean.

Good location and very convenient!

Good location! very close to Keisei Narita station also free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. There is a big hot tub on the second floor! Everything I needed for spending a night were there, such as free wifi,toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner, free bottle waters, and more. There is a Lowson ( convenience store) in downstairs. I was able to extend my stay for another 3 hours with extra money which helped me very much!

The room was so small that I was not able to put my luggage down on the floor.

Great

Can't fault anything. Great spot near the Airport, perfect service right through, very reasonable rates. You get what you pay for with room hotel room size anywhere but here, the very professional staff, all the extra hotel facilities and services you might need, how could you expect more.
