a very friendly and pleasant place to stay

very new clean hotel, the room is bright, the design is update , the bed is very comfortable. the breakfast is splendid and easy to choose something for the taste. the personnel is very cheerful, friendly and eager to help. above all other places! above expectations.

the street nearby has too many restaurants. but it is a plus as well.

A comfortable place for one-night stay

Well equipped room with comfortable bed, good facilities, reasonable breakfast. Very convenient location. And all that for a very reasonable price.

During check-in, it took the staff much time to find my reservation in the system. Although the shower was equipped, shampoo and conditioner tubes were sealed in plastic, which I just could not open in shower. I had to get out, cut the plastic seal open, and later in the day took the second shower. There were too many options for lighting, I just got confused and could not set the lighting as I wanted. At breakfast, pastries choice was very scarce.

Prettig verblijf.

Goede bedden, apart toilet & douche. Goed ontbijt met daar oplettend personeel. Schoon en ruime kamer.

Drukke (verkeers)straat met veel getoeter zelfs op 11e verdieping goed hoorbaar. Bij receptie stond er af en toe geen personeel dat Engels verstond. Na 1 dag was er geen wc papier in beide kamers (werd nadat we dit op de 5e etage bij de receptie wel snel verholpen).

Super hôtel très bien placé

Superbe hôtel avec petite terrasse rooftop. Personnel agréable avec un English-speaker. Les chambres sont modernes et propres.

La salle de bain n'était pas complètement séparée de la chambre.

Great stay; some improvements possible

- room is generally clean and comfortable - windows can open - spacious room and shower - shower water hot and plentiful - shower bracket (that holds the sprayer) worked correctly - sheets and towels clean - reception helpful - a fridge, that one can use

- laundry was full of 3 empty bottles of laundry detergent, and zero bottles with any detergent in - would prefer to have to obtain laundry pods from reception, rather than just being faced with tons of empty bottles... - driers were very cold. They did sort of dry my clothes, but: - very slowly - without heat, bacteria, fungi and viruses wont get killed - I assume the driers were cold to save money - would prefer to have to pay for the drier, and the drier is hot - I will have to dry my clothes again, when I reach hong kong - the toilet in our room smelled very strongly of stale urine - it looked clean, but smelled terrible - might be good to investigate why the toilets smell of urine, and fix this problem - would prefer there to be a self-service microwave we can use, e.g. in reception area, or similar

Comfortable stay along a street full of restaurants

GREAT varieties of restaurants along the same street as the hotel, we stayed for 4 nights and had not repeated any meals. Convenience store is just across the street. Another name I gave this town is a never-sleep town, some eateries are open till 7am in the morning, so if you are out for a beer night till wee hour in the morning or sudden crazily late supper cravings, there's still plenty of choices even at 4am. Hotel breakfast - although not international breakfast but the variety is good, there's even a open-air dining area, it's nice during winter time. Room is very spacious. Water current at the shower is great and beds / pillows are very comfortable. Even though there are lots of bars along the street but the sound-proof is pretty good, we were able to have very good sleep :)

建議不要請櫃檯人員幫忙叫計程車，如需要叫計程車，建議要求跳錶計價。

三人房的房間很寬敞。

1.請飯店櫃檯幫忙叫計程車，結果比用App叫車整整貴了一倍的價格，而且還要求直接付現給飯店櫃檯，感覺被騙了！ 2.衛浴設計的關係，洗澡的時候很吵。 3.吹風機老舊、噪音很大。 4.飯店距離捷運站有點遠。

I will book this hotel again for the Canton Fair accommdation in the future.

A great hotel and a great team, located in the restaurant zone. Hotel l bus included in the price to and from the Canton Fair each day. Abundant and fresh buffet breakfast, eastern and western food. Guests laundry on the ninth floor. The well-considered room interior was made for travellers. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned daily.

Ok maar prijs/kwaliteit te duur.

Goed ontbijt dat zeker aan te raden is aangezien je in de buurt niet wil eten.

De ligging is niet ideaal. Voor lunch en avondeten ga je best naar andere stadsdelen.

Atendimento, localização, ótimo para quem vai à feira cantonfair. Tem transporte incluso nas diárias.

Preço um pouco a cima do valor de mercado, mas acredito que em função dos dias de feira.

Not good!

The rooms are OK

Staff speaks very bad English. Food from restaurant is horrible. Reception is not very tidy. You have to take your breakfast and your coffee on/in plastic plates and mugs. Like a public school. The price is very expensive compared with what you get.

Great location, good coffee options and good price

Stayed there for 3 nights, the location was great, many great restaurants and shops nearby hotel, only walking distance. Breakfast is great! Have a lot of variety every day, taste good enough for me. They also have some coffee machine so you can get real delicious cafe latte, capuccino or americano there. Room also great, I love the pillows and bed. They also have laundry room available for guest to use washing machine, ironing, etc.

A bit difficult to find the hotel at first time since it's located at crowded street. It's also tricky if you need to park your car, the entrance to parking lot is way before the hotel area.

I don’t like the streets where is located, I don’t like that the hotel lobby is in the fifth floor, from the first to the fifth floor doesn’t belong to the hotel
