Airport shuttle not provided

We booked this hotel because it wad written shuttle airport service in the hotel description. They did not want to send us the shuttle and told us to take a taxi at the price of 800 THB. Once landed, we could not find a taxi. We had been told that we should have waiter more than 1 hour. And we were obliged to pay 1500 THB to find a car to bring us to Patong. I have chosen this hotel based on this service, to avoid stress and problems and: it was not provided. Staff very bad, especially the night keeper. Otherwise I would booked a different one. Staff very unfriendly

Maybe rooms are needed to be renovated a bit. There was no soap in bathroom. Only shower gel and shampoo.

Excellent place to stay

Lovely spacious room, with a big balcony and bathroom. A big comfortable bed and decent storage with real coat hangers. Baan Pron Phateep is set in a cool, quiet courtyard filled with plants - and yet is just a few steps from the main beachfront road. We had a late flight, giving us a day in the beach after checkout. The staff helped us store our bags, and let us use the shower before we set off.

Good property, rude staff, bad (scam) add-on services

- Room upgrade - Big room with good balcony view - Near beach - Food options just outside - Breakfast

- Mosquitos - Rude staff - Advance taxi (scam) at the hotel reception - horrible experience, ruined our entire stay experience with the hotel. On 22nd December 2022 was our hotel checkout so on the 21st evening we requested the man sitting at reception to extend our rooms by one day for checkout on 23rd December 2022, but the request was denied as "we only take reservations from online bookings". Online the price increased, so on 22nd December morning we decided to checkout from the hotel and booked the flight to bangkok from Phuket airport with boarding time at 9:15 pm. On the same day (22nd December) we had booked a day trip to phi phi island where we should have been back to hotel by 6 to 6:30 pm evening. Seeing the tight schedule of our return to hotel and the flight boarding shortly after, on 22nd morning we booked an advanced taxi at reception (advance full payment 800 baht), even though the price was high than the online prices no grab, we booked the taxi because of tight schedule expecting the support assistance from hotel staff for our journey to airport. We also tipped the lady at reception and gave her 200 baht just a helping gesture. Also the lady at reception said the we should be back by nearly 6pm to hotel from phi phi island and the taxi will be waiting for us, (we have committed to any return time so far), we just said ok. Thats it and we headed to our phi phi island journey and the boat was last by nearly 30 mins from the expected schedule. Its 5:50 pm and we are on our way to hotel from pier by the taxi bus and haven't received any call from hotel reception so far. At 5:50 pm I called the hotel reception to tell them about 30 mins delay, and there was another guy (men) at the reception (very rude). First of all, he didn't knew anything about the taxi we booked for. He enquired the same from the lady at reception in morning shift and then acknowledged the same.

Nice place

Right in the heart of patong But still a quiet place.

The balconys are really close to eachother and When the neighbour smoke you cant stay out on your own balcony.

Very good

My deluxe room was nice & big. Peaceful & quiet with friendly & polite staff. Especially Tiwa & Ollie.

Mosquitoes managed to come into my room when I open the sliding door.

Best value I have found in Patong beach. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent value! close to Patong beach, bangla road, all the fun nightlife scene but also tucked away into quiet location

a little trouble finding it at first but the front desk manager was very helpful.

Location and the cleanness of the room.

The broken water pump (bearing issue) under my balcony. Made continuously annoying noise during my stay even after midnight or even at dawn.

Nice hotel near beach and bangla road

Few minutes walk to bangla road. Far enough that you don't have the noise. Beach real close. And they provide towels for the beach at the reception. Good working airco. Good bed.
