Very convenient location for the Stratford Theatre Festival.

The hotel is clean with good value.

Clean facility, attentive staff, good value.

Low water pressure in the shower. Need to increase water temperature or adjust faucet control in the shower. TV was very slow to change channels. No tv channel or content guide.

The hotel needs to put more attention on details and make improvements!

The lady receptionists were very nice and helpful.

The carpet of the room was a little bit dirty. There were only one extra small bottle of each (shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion) in the bathroom for our whole family ( 2 adults + kid). I called the front desk for more but the guy said he couldn't help me. Bad!

Ok but could have been a lot better

Clean and bright. Most staff very friendly

Restaurant waitress was not friendly at all didn’t seam to want to be there that day not welcoming at all. It was very cold the day/night we stayed. Room would not warm up. Had heat at 90 all evening and night the room didn’t warm up. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The jets in the tub just blew out cold water. No tongs for the ice bucket. Our wifi wouldn’t work.

Great Hotel to Spend the Holidays with Family

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. the pool area was always kept clean and stocked towels. Cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and well priced, very friendly staff as well. Hotel was close to everything. Rooms were quiet and beds were very comfy.

The jets were not working in the hot tub but there was a note on the switch letting guests know. It was not an inconvenience but the pool guy said that the parts were taking awhile to ship in so I am sure the hotel will be happy once its fixed for the guests.

Wonderful! Beyond expectations.

Breakfast was outstanding and so was Nora (blond, older lady). Nora was very competent and always cheerful. Her cheerfulness was contagious. Mike, in the restaurant was also wonderful.

The toilet in our room was very low. It was difficult to use.

Perfectly fine for a last-minute, short stay.

Check-in, size of room and bathroom.

Bed mattress too soft, towels too worn. Room decor/carpeting, felt barren.

Way better than our usual hotel in Stratford, would definitely back!

Nice pool, hot tub, pet friendly, clean, big room comfortable bed, great location.

Restaurant was closed due to "staffing shortage"

It was good. It’s hard to update and old building but we enjoyed our stay! Keep up with the retrofi

Okay. Excellent servers

I found the Bar to be dated! The Bar itself okay! The seating terrible felt like I was in a dining area. It needs a real boost giving it a more relaxing atmosphere and feeling like it’s different and a place you want to be in for a drink. I took my drink to my room? Just about everything. Comfortable bed, nicely appointed clean room. Great staff at front desk and the restaurant. Proximity to the Festival Theatre.

Poor

The room was great, loved the spacious bathroom.

They booked a wedding on Sunday night and instead of putting them all one floor, they had some guests on the second floor and some other guests on the fifth floor (our floor) and the partied out in the hallway all night right outside of our room and Imy husband and I couldn't get back to sleep. Totally ruined our weekend away.

The size of the bathroom Location to theatres Genuinely kind and helpful staff including housekeeping and servers, best servers (both breakfast and dinner) we've had since Covid.

The mattress was a little lumpy.

Never again

Put in “new” tower, cracked bathroom sink, mold on tub caulking, mildew on tile grout. Came back from a show at 11Pm, lounge was closed. Super thin walls, woken up by adjoining neighbours at 1AM, they were just talking an I could hear every word. Fire alarm sounded at 3:30am, at 4am we learned, in the parking lot, it was a faulty system.

Great place to stay for Stratford Festival

Free parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool could use some updating. Would've preferred a buffet breakfast with more options. Although, it was still pretty good.

- easy to find everything - lots of parking - good food in the restaurant - pool area was nice

- access to main floor/front desk area from back parking lot not easy. - no microwave available in the room. - we did not know there was a fridge in the room. there was no info at all about this on your website.

Clean and spacious.

Bath water hot/cold is backward. Red is cold water, blue is hot water. It almost burn me when I tried to make a quick shower this morning. I planed to report to your front desk, however we were in rush to check out. Room #228. Please have your plumber fix it.

Exceptional

Room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Food was amazing, kids loved the pool area, staff were friendly and helpful, computer and printer for use in the lobby to print flight boarding passes. Pillows were so comfortable!
