The location put all of the theatres we were attending within walking distance. The room was charming and had many interesting bits of Edison information that we enjoyed.
Stairs. At 80 years old, the stairs were probably good for us, but sometimes exhausting.

I liked the small kitchenette set up.
I liked that the owners were readily available to help. I really liked their restaurant.
The AC was tempermental. During the summer, there is no need for a heavy duvet. A much lighter cover would have been preferable. I liked the super strong ironing board! There must be a box of Kleenex as there is in any other hotel.
THE STAIRS!!!!!!!!! Not easy but doable even for me. Good carpeting on them.
