The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The suite was bright and airy but very empty. The velvet couch and chairs were very dirty with dust and hair. The beds were very comfy and clean. The curtains were too long over the air conditioner blocking the air flow so we had to use shoes to hold the curtains back. The provided soap and shampoo had unpleasant fragrance and due to the hard water were hard to wash off. There isn’t enough parking for all guests so we had to park in the free parking a few blocks away. So be prepared for a bit of walking. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The food at Casa Restaurant on site is delicious.
The staff are hospitable. Lovely spacious rooms.

Comfortable clean room. Convenient location for Stratford Festival No coffee maker was a disappointment. Otherwise pleasant stay.
