Good location

Convenient location close to Jing’An and the French Concession. Good breakfast selection including Chinese and French.

Staff refused to provide an extra pillow - both times I asked! So we had to put up with one thin pillow each - not good enough for the price.

would stay again.

location very good, 5 mins walk to MRT and walking distance to Jiang An CBD. Room clean and cute with the Tatami setting - however might not suitable for the aged. Some details of room can be renovated. Overall, quite good value for money for its location in SH.

sound proof between room and corridor is not efficient. can easily hear people walking and pasting.

quality, above average budget hotel, in Jng'an

location very good. ease of check in and professionalisn of staff excellent. breakfast was very good. rental bicycles right outside. room had a safe. decent hotel.

the location is amazing, the rooms are cute and always fresh and clean. the staff didn’t speak perfect english but even so they were super helpful

A cozy nice experience.

convenient location near shopping centers, bars and restaurants. The hotel is quite comfortable both in the room and in its social areas.

Sometimes when asking for a didi to get there, drivers find the location confusing.

Staffs are welcoming. Clean place. Good facilities.

Wifi is too slow and most of the time doesn't work. I was travelling for work and this was inconvenient. Also there is Noise that comes from outside even after all the doors and windows are closed. I think window seals needs redone.

Good value for money, especially the location. Don't expect more than the minimum though.

Location was great, very centrally located and good value for the price. The room was basic (as expected for the price); looked clean.

Our first room had an awfull smell, but luckily were able to switch to another room. The new room however, had very bad sound isolation (could very clearly hear the person next door talking on the phone)

one of my fav stays, will def try other under this chain

the interior, style of lobby and set up. breakfast area and breakfast looked really great I had it included but had to check out early so didn’t get to have it. great check in lobby area, rooms are cute well decorated, great hardwares in rooms thoughtful little features, auto motion night light for those night time bathroom runs👍🏻👍🏻

Good for a one night stay when you have an early appointment at the German Consulate

This hotel has a very good shower, is close to Jing'An Temple metro station and within walking distance to the German Consulate in Shanghai. I also liked the breakfast, which is a combination of western and Chinese cuisine. There are restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

Staff does not speak English (at least during check-in). Wifi is not protected by password and not very fast. The bed is not super comfortable as it is just a matress on the floor. The matress itself is ok, but getting out of bed can be a challange for the eldery or drunk people.

highly recommended hotel. Nice staff

Location is great. next to Jing'An temple. there are cafes, restaurant and all sorts of shops around. The subway station is quite close which connect you to the rest of the city.

Spot stay in SH in Center

Room clean and nice, breakfast western style. water powerfull and warm. AC very efficient.

can see light by under the entrance door, and sunshine through the store. no brush for the toilets.

Great location in Jing'An, comfy beds and friendly staff. Simple but fits a city break very well!

Highly functional room with a comfortable bed and great outlet access for charging up after a busy day exploring. Clean and comfortable linen and nice shower gel, moisturizer etc. The room was fairly simple but served our needs for this type of trip. The location was great and the staff were super friendly!

The cleaning aside from the linen was just ok and the walls could do with a good scrub down to really lift the feeling of cleanliness overall. The walls are quite thin and every movement next door was heard when I had a connecting room despite not needing one so it may be different as less noise on the non-connecting side.

Location is great to walk or bike to all of our favorite restaurants. Close to Metro stop. Super clean.
