Nice place, needs a pool and hot tub to enjoy

I didnt know breakfast was available upon check in.

Good

Overall very nice place. The room was to big and open for my taste though, I prefer a smaller cozier room, but the only rooms available at the time all had two beds.

The wifi was terribly slow, less than 700kbps Although when I discovered the Ethernet cat5 port in the wall next to the phone cord plugin, the internet speed was exceptionally higher.

it was ok

the view of the room was amazing, everything was super clean and the beds were comfortables

the firts night we stayed on the 2nd floor and the amount of noise to sleep was a nightmare, we asked to change our room the next day and it was wonderful. Recommendation: Do not ask for the 2nd floor because it is too crowded, on top of that there were children everywhere awake at 2 am.

Very great with early check-in!

They are super easy going with early check-in! We checked in early both times and they just gave us the room - very awesome because some hotels make you wait even if the room is ready. Also, if you take a white “City Cab” from the airport, don’t pay for it because they will give you a voucher to pay for it once you arrive AND when you go back to the airport. Highly recommend!

Could offer free breakfast, but again everything was great!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The customer service was horrific. I booked several rooms for guests who were traveling for a work related event. One of my employees left in tears after speaking with a front desk agent and I needed to go in myself. I was told there was no General Manager and no manager on shift at that time.

Usual great stay was terrible

The location and surrounding are lovely. Close to airport. Yet can walk to some shopping/restaurants.

Overall maintenance was poor/broken (bathroom issues which were not addressed), cleanliness poor (dust on light fixtures, counters had hair). Poor attitude from EVERYONE. Not my 1st stay here and I am shocked and disapointed at condition of rooms, restaurant was terrible (we chose to stay over New Years layover here since restaurant is usually wonderful).

Good pet-friendly hotel

Conveniently located modern hotel with basic amenities including a restaurant, steam room and fitness centre. Rooms a clean, staff are helpful, and the hotel offers taxi vouchers to get to the airport.

The hotel generally has extremely poor sound insulation. Even when guests in other rooms are not particularly boisterous, sound carries. Quiet conversation can be heard in adjacent rooms, as can anything louder.

overall nice hotel . Clean and comfortable

clean and relatively remodelled.

small items . Did not advise in advance that the airport shuttle they advertised does not operate any longer and you must take a taxi and get a chit from them upon arrival to pay the $16.90 taxi fee . when I arrived the taxi dropped me off after I had paid him . They did not offer any additional compensation.

I rented a room for a friend visiting. Nothing but great reviews was all I heard back. Thank you for making his time here memorable and comfortable.
