Helpful staff

I had booked the room for my parents. They took good care of them and went the extra mile to arrange wheel chair at the airport for my did when they dropped them to the airport.

My short stay was very comfortable and enjoyed thoroughly.

Airport to Hotel transfer, room service food order, breakfast, ambience of room and hotel everything was superb. Except the lobby AC which wasn't working due to maintenance works. Staff was very polite and assisting in every manner.

Being entered into Christmas season, I would have loved to see decorations up there to create festive mood for guests.

A 5 Star property with a soul of a 3 star (at best); poor value for money. Not a Marriott !

Proximity to the airport. Quality of the room.

The overall ambiance falls short of the expectations for a 5-star property. The vehicle that picked us up was subpar, and the airport meet-and-greet staff left much to be desired – the gentleman was even wearing a suit with sandals! Communication with both him and the driver proved challenging if you didn't speak the local language. The corridors and lobby had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast was passable, I wouldn't recommend the South Indian coffee. I don't typically mind paying a premium for a quality establishment, but this experience didn't justify the price !

Smooth airport pick up and drop off, really lovely modern room

Unexpectedly smooth airport pick up - the team was waiting for me and it was included in the booking. Easy, quick booking for the return shuttle, I was dropped off right at the entrance for departures at the airport. Room was modern and lovely - I overlooked the elegant pool area. Breakfast items were labelled which is helpful for those with food sensitivities or requirements. Selection and range of options was quite extensive.

It was a little musty in the room and hallways, but meticulously clean. Clearly to be expected in such a humid climate, really not a problem.

I didn’t get any complimentary food which is providing by other hotels.. I felt bad for it..

I didn’t get the complimetary bf for two days.. my dinner was also payed.. you should mention while the complimentary foods.. Rate of food was bit more..

All ok except the rate of the room is bit more..

over all experience was fabulous.

The property is located near to airport which is very convenient. It’s good that property offer airport pick up, it was fabulous. Thanks to the hotel representative who waited to pick up, thanks for the patience as emigration clearance took a bit longer than usual. spacious and clean room. Acceptable room service. Breakfast buffet offered wide verity of dishes (Regret I couldn’t try all of the dishes). Staffs were very helpful, proactive and friendly which is highly appreciable. Lastly the front office staff (I forgot his name) was very helpful and supportive when there was delay in onward transport hence a delayed check out.

Could have been better if the window has blinds, for those who want to sleep after a long haul early morning flight. The guy who came to inspect before check out reported that I used a beer from the minibar which wasn’t the case and that caused some confusion. Later they reported it was a mistake. I would recommend a good inventory keeping to avoid such occurrence in the future since it’s a bit of frustrating and insulting.

The Staff where very friendly and helpful though put my stay. The hotel is clean and well maintained the breakfast was aways fresh & tasty. The cooks and serving crew where very helpful with the right combination of the local foods.

Food, friendly staff & fast action: 3Fs

The staff are excellence. Nice & super friendly right from the airport until back to the airport. Thank you to the all the managers: front desk & restaurant. Even there is a mishap- self shattered bathroom door but the action was fast: change room etc. Food is superb & yummilicious

Besides the morning breakfast everything was fine.Hussain and Joisi were good at the restaurant.

breakfast limited.absolutely cold.had to raise my voice the next day to serve hot breakfast on the table.first floor passage to the rooms were also smelling.Maybe shortage of freshners.Nowadays most of the staff r only interested in getting a good review than servicing their customers.There were 3 staff in the restaurant who I saw if they stick to one they r stuck up there unmindful of other customers who have paid the same amount to stay. Need to change that attitude and allow customers to enjoy their breakfast.
