It was extremely dirty, found trash from another person, walls were sticky and the room smelt like chemicals. The “breakfast” is literally just a muffin with coffee.

I will not stay at Extended Stay again

Bed was the only thing that was clean.

Floors were dirty, sticky and not mopped. Counter tops were dirty and sticky. Refrigerator/freezer dirty! Bathroom sink drained slowly. Floor under bed was dirty. There were no wash cloths and no bath soap.

I never never to stay in Extended stay America again.

None …. Do not stay in this property

The property is so dirty, during the night, the water from air conditioning/heater leaks to the floor bed room,and you cannot see it then. I fell and twisted my knee and heap on the left side because of the floor slippery. I reported to front desk Kathy, about the accident. I showed the other front desk guy the picture and video of water leaking on the my bed room floor and skin tear on my left knee. 11/5/23 at around 9:00 am

Charged twice ?!

Nothing particular.

I did not like the fact that I was charged TWICE. For just one night I paid over $200, originally it was supposed to be only $100.

Very good

There were some visible ant issues and the light fixture in the kitchen had a dead moth in it and the toilet seat was extremely loose (the seat and lid both) there was no plug for the bath to be able to take a bath..only a shower. The to go breakfast for free is very limited. The staff was amazing though and housekeepers friendly while passing

Great Place to have a kitchen to cook home cooked meals in while you travel

Did not make it back in time for checkout was struck in another town Randle Washington 3hr north. When I returned my food ,clothes, shoes shaving kit and phone charge were gone. Book another week stay there Everyone I spoke with was going to look in to where my belongings went to. Nothing ever came of that. They were going to credit the card the room was booked under which is a company card and does me no good They were personal items and a loss for me not the company I worked for. The loss is estimated at $250.-$300.

Definitely NOT SAFE and FILTHY!

Absolutely nothing

Single mom with 3 kids given room in back by wooded area and small parking area with no lights. 2 men sitting in car. Scared for my safety. Also a big dog in room next to mine barking like crazy. 3rd, room was located right in front of all the garbage in stairwell. Big bags of garbage. Tons of flies and who knows what else! Didn’t stay! So disappointed. Deserve refund!

Location to the event I was attending

Room smelled like smoke. All surfaces were sticky. Floor was filthy. Furniture was worn. Bathtowel rack fell off. Showerhead didn't spray.

Dirty room and bad service.

Nothing. First time checking into this hotel chain. Breakfast was just coffee and take away snacks!

There was a foul smell when i check into room. Request for a change was told by reception that no more room to change as we check in late. Book a 2 bedrooms studio with kitchen but no utensils at all. Lastly book for a room for 3 adults but only 2 towels available. Definitely one of the worst experience for me.

Will not be staying with this branch again!

I was there as a fully paying customer, my heat and air conditioning broke the first day of staying I reported it and received a fan , I had to clean my own room with bleach because there was a weird smell in the room , it was noisy I was unaware that this facility allows homeless people get rooms and the state comes in and pays for their rooms, and you can fully see this because they were digging in trash cans I had ants in my room and it said they had a breakfast and it consisted of granola bars and nasty muffins and coffee I paid 1700.00 dollars for 14 days and felt uncomfortable the whole time I would suggest when paying customers tell managers of issues it is taken care of quickly, in my case it was not 😖

there was trash piled around every trash can I saw. our room was open and had someone else’s trash in it. everything smelled with smoke when the rooms were labeled as non smoking.

it was easy to get to off the Highway

the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, I never received requested room items and the people next door behaved so erratically and alarming that I left early out of concern for safety.

Room was really dark for sleeping :) this was a stopover for us, so nice to hit the freeway quickly in the morning.

Seemed to me like this location was a transient camp. There was no breakfast as advertised or even the single serve coffee pot in the room. The tv didn’t work, and when I called the front desk, I was informed that there were no other rooms and that I could just have a refund.

Lovely wooded setting

Convenient to stores, restaurants, freeways. Nice quiet property. Good laundry facilities. Uses coins or credit card. Nice desk staff. Gave me lots of coffee packets and tea and tissues.

Rooms seem dark and somewhat dated. No cooking utensils. Just a knife, fork and teaspoon. Broken cabinet in kitchen with door hanging off. Door didn’t close properly. Safety latch half way out.

Tigard

The location was good for us, within 4 miles of a friend we were visiting. We had our dig and our unit was on the first floor with grass and bark and dig poop sacks and receptacle right out in front of us.

The WiFi was poor. I had to go to the office twice to get logged on and promptly lost WiFi once I was back in my room.
