My stay was ok with a couple of inconveniences, but your staff was very friendly and that was nice.

I didn’t know there was breakfast at this location. I wasn’t told about it.

Elevator didn’t work and I was in 3rd floor. No shampoo or conditioner.

Staff was pleasant.

All elevators were broken, the phones didn't work, our room upon check-in was not clean (previous guests shirt was in the roll out couch/bed that was not made, hair all over the floor of the bathroom)our AC stopped working on the 2nd day, and a train was close to the property that kept going by frequently..

Is this a Hilton? No kidding.....

Freshly baked waffle @breakfast is good!

Air conditioner was out of order and a mistaken bill and so on. I asked again and again but no reply.

welcoming staff. Good downtown location.

Broken elevator, never got fixed. Had to go up back stairwell. staff helped carry bags, but then we felt obligated to tip.

perfect location

bed was bot really comfortable. carpet inside room was very dirty when we checked in there was an issue with the room rate, it was higher than what was closed via booking.com. the staff corrected it on the spot but it wasn’t a nice experience.

it’s an old set of buildings that are renovated. everything is not upgraded - room heating and cooling, elevator, exterior.

Inconvenience.

I was never made aware that my room would not be what I booked. I booked a king suite and was given a double bed. I do not appreciate paying for something and receiving something completely different. No one reached out to let me know of such a change.

-elevator not working -outside doors to our apartment style building locks were broken apparently for over two months meaning anyone at any time could walk in and out of the building.

Worst hotel experience in decades. Was stuck in a disconnected back building, facing the train station. The trains sound their horns all night long, as they leave they leave the station. Impossible to sleep! Paid highest rates per night in town and did not receive housekeeping once during my three night stay. I requested it every night (you have to ask for it the day before) and never had my room refreshed. Dirty, wet towels rotting in an unventilated room, began to stink after the first day and got worse every day after. When I mentioned that I had no housekeeping service, multiple days running, the person at the front desk threw a garbage bag full of towels at me and said “sorry about your house keeping,” then walked away. $15 for English muffins and tin of warm scrambled eggs, is not worth it.
